The bungalow has been renovated and modernised and is suitable for 4 people.
It is furnished with great attention to detail.
There is an open living room with a beautiful fireplace, a modern kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, filter coffee maker, and a large kitchen

In the high fenced, beautifully landscaped garden there is a large covered terrace with dining area and lounge corner . Two beautiful sunbeds and a charcoal barbecue are available.

St. Maartenszee is a small, quiet resort, which has much to offer in all respects. He is surrounded by the famous flowers and Tulip fields, whose splendour can be experienced especially in April / May for a bicycle tour.

Great holiday home!!!
There is nothing to criticize about this holiday home! Very lovingly and beautifully designed, it really lacks nothing, great amenities, very clean, very informative and very nice communication with the owner... All in all, a top price/performance ratio!!!

Arrive and feel at home
We had a great stay! The landlord was very friendly and everything went absolutely reliably. I would especially like to highlight the exceptional cleanliness, really top! The lovingly designed garden was a real highlight: escape-proof, shielded from view, and beautifully designed. The covered terrace invites you to relax, no matter the weather. You can also feel how much heart has gone into the furnishings of the house; everything is tastefully and richly decorated. The kitchen is perfectly equipped; there is really nothing missing. We felt completely comfortable.

First holiday address
Beautifully equipped holiday home in a well-maintained park in Sint Maartenszee, North Holland. The house is furnished with everything four people need, especially the garden, which is cleverly designed so that you can chill outside in various weather conditions. Relaxing bungalow holiday – perfect for unwinding
We spent a wonderful week in this cozy bungalow – together with my partner and our Labrador lady – and had a really great time.
The bungalow is located in a well-maintained bungalow park, in a pleasantly quiet area. Despite the proximity to other houses, we had plenty of privacy and were able to enjoy our time outside undisturbed. The surroundings are very bicycle-friendly – with well-developed paths and beautiful routes. Even though we didn’t ride ourselves, it would definitely be a great way to explore the area.
The garden, including the terrace, is estimated to be about 120 m², maybe a bit more—not huge, but absolutely sufficient, well-maintained, and ideal for relaxing outdoors. We would particularly like to highlight the completely fenced area: the fence is sturdy and high enough that our large Labrador could run freely and safely without worry. This made our stay extremely easier and more enjoyable.
Inside, the bungalow is bright, clean, and comfortably furnished – functional, but very inviting. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds comfortable, and overall we simply felt at home right away. There is also a fireplace in the living area, which we didn’t use, but surely creates a particularly nice atmosphere in the colder season. Overall, it was a truly successful stay – quiet, relaxed, and ideal for a little getaway for two (plus dog). We will definitely be happy to return!
Clear recommendation for anyone looking for a dog-friendly, comfortable accommodation in a beautiful location!

Relaxation in Sint Maartenszee
Smooth contact with the landlord. Beautiful quiet place to relax. The bungalow has everything you need. Great dune landscape invites you to go hiking, and let's not forget the super awesome sunset, simply wonderful.

Der liebevoll angelegte Garten war ein echtes Highlight: ausbruchsicher, blickgeschützt und wunderschön gestaltet. Die überdachte Terrasse lädt zum Entspannen ein, egal bei welchem Wetter.
Auch im Haus selbst merkt man, wie viel Herz in der Einrichtung steckt, alles ist geschmackvoll und detailreich dekoriert. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, da fehlt es wirklich an nichts.
Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.
Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was vier Personen benötigen, insbesondere der Garten ist clever gestaltet, sodass man bei unterschiedlichen Wetterlagen draußen chillen kann.
Veläßliche Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Wir empfehlen das Haus gerne weiter und sagen Dankeschön!
Der Bungalow liegt in einem gepflegten Bungalowpark, in angenehm ruhiger Lage. Trotz der Nähe zu anderen Häusern hatten wir viel Privatsphäre und konnten die Zeit draußen ungestört genießen. Die Umgebung ist sehr fahrradfreundlich – mit gut ausgebauten Wegen und schönen Routen. Auch wenn wir selbst nicht geradelt sind, wäre das definitiv eine tolle Möglichkeit, die Gegend zu erkunden.
Der Garten inklusive Terrasse misst geschätzt etwa 120 m², eher etwas mehr – nicht riesig, aber absolut ausreichend, gepflegt und ideal, um draußen zu entspannen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den vollständig eingezäunten Bereich: der Zaun ist stabil und hoch genug, dass auch unser großer Labrador sicher und entspannt frei laufen konnte. Das hat den Aufenthalt für uns enorm erleichtert und noch angenehmer gemacht.
Innen ist der Bungalow hell, sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet – funktional, aber sehr einladend. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, die Betten bequem, und insgesamt haben wir uns einfach sofort wohlgefühlt. Es gibt auch einen Kamin im Wohnbereich, den wir zwar nicht genutzt haben, der aber in der kälteren Jahreszeit sicher für eine besonders schöne Atmosphäre sorgt.
Insgesamt war es ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt – ruhig, entspannt und ideal für eine kleine Auszeit zu zweit (plus Hund). Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!
Klare Empfehlung für alle, die eine hundefreundliche, komfortable Unterkunft in schöner Lage suchen!
Ruhige Lage in einem Bungalowpark, dazu noch ein netter und unkomlizierter Vermieter....perfekt, was will man mehr!

In der Umgebung gibt es wie schon in den anderen Bewertungen aufgeführt zahlreiche lohnenswerte Ausflugsziele. Besonders war für uns das Aquarium in Bergen aan Zee. Zwar klein aber wo kann man sonst Haie und Rochen streicheln.
Neben dem Spar-Markt am Ort sind auch günstige Märkte mit viel Auswahl wie Aldi und Lidl mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen.
Kurz und gut. Wir kommen 2016 wieder. Und können dieses Ferienhaus jedem nur sehr empfehlen.
Auch bei wenn das Wetter nicht zum Baden einlädt, kann man hier viel erleben: Alkmaar, Texel, Amsterdam - absolut sehenswert!
Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber: Und in dem tollen Garten kann man einen schönen Ferientag wunderbar ausklingen lassen! Und hier ist alles vorhanden - was das Herz begehrt.
