The bungalow has been renovated and modernised and is suitable for 4 people.
It is furnished with great attention to detail.
There is an open living room with a beautiful fireplace, a modern kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, filter coffee maker, and a large kitchen

There are three small bedrooms , one with a double bed, one with two single beds and another with a single bed.

In the high fenced, beautifully landscaped garden there is a large covered terrace with dining area and lounge corner . Two beautiful sunbeds and a charcoal barbecue are available.

St. Maartenszee is a small, quiet resort, which has much to offer in all respects. He is surrounded by the famous flowers and Tulip fields, whose splendour can be experienced especially in April / May for a bicycle tour.

Arrive and feel at home
We had a great stay! The landlord was very friendly and everything went absolutely reliably. I would especially like to highlight the exceptional cleanliness, really top! The lovingly designed garden was a real highlight: escape-proof, shielded from view, and beautifully designed. The covered terrace invites you to relax, no matter the weather. You can also feel how much heart has gone into the furnishings of the house; everything is tastefully and richly decorated. The kitchen is perfectly equipped; there is really nothing missing. We felt completely comfortable.

First holiday address
Beautifully equipped holiday home in a well-maintained park in Sint Maartenszee, North Holland. The house is furnished with everything four people need, especially the garden, which is cleverly designed so that you can chill outside in various weather conditions. Relaxing bungalow holiday – perfect for unwinding
We spent a wonderful week in this cozy bungalow – together with my partner and our Labrador lady – and had a really great time.
The bungalow is located in a well-maintained bungalow park, in a pleasantly quiet area. Despite the proximity to other houses, we had plenty of privacy and were able to enjoy our time outside undisturbed. The surroundings are very bicycle-friendly – with well-developed paths and beautiful routes. Even though we didn’t ride ourselves, it would definitely be a great way to explore the area.
The garden, including the terrace, is estimated to be about 120 m², maybe a bit more—not huge, but absolutely sufficient, well-maintained, and ideal for relaxing outdoors. We would particularly like to highlight the completely fenced area: the fence is sturdy and high enough that our large Labrador could run freely and safely without worry. This made our stay extremely easier and more enjoyable.
Inside, the bungalow is bright, clean, and comfortably furnished – functional, but very inviting. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds comfortable, and overall we simply felt at home right away. There is also a fireplace in the living area, which we didn’t use, but surely creates a particularly nice atmosphere in the colder season. Overall, it was a truly successful stay – quiet, relaxed, and ideal for a little getaway for two (plus dog). We will definitely be happy to return!

Relaxation in Sint Maartenszee
Smooth contact with the landlord. Beautiful quiet place to relax. The bungalow has everything you need. Great dune landscape invites you to go hiking, and let's not forget the super awesome sunset, simply wonderful.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus
We stayed in this beautiful holiday home for five days and felt very comfortable. The proximity to the beach was minimal, and we would go back there anytime. The contact with the landlord was also very friendly.
