Description
Villa Lavanda is a beautiful stone villa in very modern style and a touch of luxury. The villa is in a good location, 4km. to the beach, 1km. to the restaurant, 500m. to the supermarket and 5 km. to the centre of Porec.
On the lowest floor of the villa there is a bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom, an open plan area with living room, a cosy sofa bed for 2 more persons and a fully equipped kitchen with dining area. An additional guest toilet with washing machine is also located on the lowest floor as well as direct access to the outside area. On the second floor, which is connected by an internal staircase, there is a further bedroom with double bed, bathroom and WC, and in the extravagant bedroom on the second floor there is a small wellness oasis with sauna and whirlpool.
Outside there is a private pool with sun loungers and parasols. The covered summer kitchen with terrace is a must for cosy barbecue evenings. Enclosed parking spaces are available in the fully fenced property.
