Discover our charming holiday home "Chalet Bellevue" in Delligsen-Hohenbüchen, the perfect holiday destination for up to 4 guests. On 96 square metres of living space you will find 1 large, comfortable living room, 2 cosy bedrooms, 1 large conservatory with an extensive library, ergometer and numerous games and 1 bathroom, surrounded by a beautiful natural landscape with mountain and hill views.
Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony while you breathe in the fresh air and the sweeping views of the surrounding countryside. You can relax and unwind in the spacious garden. A BBQ grill is available for barbecue evenings. There is space for your car in the lockable car park at the holiday home (2 parking spaces). There is also a lockable shed for your motorbike or bicycle.
The 3 terrace invites you to get together, while the wood-burning stove inside the chalet creates a cosy atmosphere. The air conditioning guarantees pleasant temperatures even on hot days. In the modern kitchen you will find all the amenities you need, such as a dishwasher, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. Bed linen is provided for your stay.
Entertainment is provided by a UHD/4k TV, free, fast WiFi (100 Mbit/s), a Sony Playstation 4 and a concert guitar. A washing machine, iron and hairdryer are also available. Minimum rental period 3 months, maximum rental period 6 months. Chalet Bellevue is a non-smoking residence and expressly not a party location!

Welcome to our "Chalet Bellevue", your green biotope high above the valley. Opened for the autumn/winter season 2023 after extensive renovation/refurbishment and complete and high-quality new furnishings in summer 2023. This "Chalet Bellevue" fulfils your high expectations. In this fully equipped house in the middle of a park-like garden of approx. 1,500 sqm, which is exclusively at your disposal, with a distant view of up to 30 kilometres, you can switch off from work and stress for 3-6 months. From the covered south-west-facing balcony or one of the three terraces you can see far into the valley. Behind the house, a gate leads directly into the neighbouring forest and to the famous Ith-Hils hiking trail. The single-storey wooden bungalow was built in the mid-sixties and has been considerably extended over the years. In 2018, the 3 rooms were joined by a spacious conservatory, which is also suitable for meetings and conferences. The modern fitted kitchen is fully equipped with all small and large conveniences. In addition to the central heating, there is a cosy wood-burning stove and the spacious living room can also be tempered as desired via air conditioning. The spacious kitchen also serves as a dining room - cooking and eating with a view of the valley! In addition to the generously proportioned living room with floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows, there are two fully furnished new bedrooms, each with a king-size bed (200x180cm) and practical and spacious built-in wardrobes. On the property there are 2 car parking spaces at no extra cost, a spacious, lockable and illuminated shed for your bicycles or motorbikes and a garden shed with a terrace right next to the forest. A pond with many water lilies splashes in front of the cottage, surrounded by a lush biotope of various plants, flowers, shrubs, fruit, nut and ornamental trees. This romantic and inspiring retreat is part of a tranquil holiday area whose peaceful character attracts appropriate residents. It is expressly not a party location.
