Description
This very comfortable holiday home has been completely renovated and newly furnished. All rooms are on one level. It has a total of 2 bedrooms (1x double bed 160cm, 1x two single beds 90cm each). It features a garden that is completely fenced. The spacious living/dining room has an open kitchen. The numerous windows provide the house with plenty of light. All floors have been newly laid and the furnishings are tasteful and high quality. The kitchen is very well equipped, e.g., with the option of a standard coffee maker or additionally an espresso machine.
In the living room, there is a modern flat-screen TV that receives numerous German channels via satellite, as well as WiFi. The cozy leather chair is adjustable to a reclining position as a relax-chair.
The directly adjoining garage is set up as a utility room, where the washing machine and dryer are located. Here, bicycles, beverage stocks, and much more can be stored.
The house is heated with a gas heating system and has a cozy PELLET STOVE, making the house absolutely suitable for winter.

Great house ??
We can really recommend this house without reservation. It has everything that is needed. Very positive is the utility room with washing machine, dryer, and additional refrigerator. Nice living/dining area and each bedroom has a sufficiently large built-in wardrobe. The bathroom and toilet are separate. Our dog loved the garden above all. Completely fenced and located around the house. New electric exterior shutters complete the picture. Our questions were personally answered by the nice landlord Mr. Cacquevel.
Surroundings: a stone's throw from the clean beach (our dog only wanted to go there) and to the dunes. It's very quiet. However, one should plan to use the car for shopping.
In the nearby Port-Bail-sur-Mer, you can find everything you need. For larger purchases, there is a large Carrefour market with a covered parking lot in Barneville-Carteret.

Recommendable
We stayed in a very beautiful, well-equipped house. Due to the unstable weather, we could not use the very close beach as much as hoped. Unfortunately, we had to constantly move our car as all local amenities and shopping facilities were poorly, or even not at all, within walking distance. If you want to experience a very quiet vacation, this is the perfect place.

Wonderful
We spent a very nice week in this wonderful house. Our dog felt just as comfortable as my husband and I did.
Mrs Hendricks as the agent and the landlords themselves are simply warm and great to deal with.
We can absolutely recommend this accommodation. A trip to this place is well worth it!
