Description
The numerous floor-to-ceiling windows give the house plenty of light, and the shutters emphasize the authentic character.
The kitchen is small but well equipped, e.g. with a conventional coffee machine and additionally an espresso machine.
In the living room there is a modern flat-screen TV that receives numerous German channels, as well as Wi-Fi. The seating area is furnished with a sofa and a leather armchair, the latter of which can be adjusted to a reclining position.

The House is extraordinary well located in a quiet side street at the end of DENNEVILLE-plage. It is surrounded by a large garden with old trees and glance fenced. During the period from 15.06. to 15.09., dogs are unfortunately completely forbidden on the official main beach from 9:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Before that – that is, until 9:30 a.m. – and after that – from 7:30 p.m. – they are allowed on the beach, officially on a leash. However, the house is situated so that you can reach the "wild" beach via a path very close by through the dunes, where you can simply let your dogs run free. The house is located at a sufficient distance from the main beach. If you go directly from there to the beach, you have nothing to do with the main beach and can simply let your dog(s) run free.
In the direction of Portbail, you can completely bypass the main beach Denneville and Lindbergh-plage by walking a bit through the quiet residential area and later through the dunes. From the Lindbergh dunes, you can return to the wide, unsupervised beach.

the house is super equipped, all kitchen appliances are available, the house is completely fenced, ideal for dogs,

Great house ??
We can really recommend this house without reservation. It has everything that is needed. Very positive is the utility room with washing machine, dryer, and additional refrigerator. Nice living/dining area and each bedroom has a sufficiently large built-in wardrobe. The bathroom and toilet are separate. Our dog loved the garden above all. Completely fenced and located around the house. New electric exterior shutters complete the picture. Our questions were personally answered by the nice landlord Mr. Cacquevel.
Surroundings: a stone's throw from the clean beach (our dog only wanted to go there) and to the dunes. It's very quiet. However, one should plan to use the car for shopping.
In the nearby Port-Bail-sur-Mer, you can find everything you need. For larger purchases, there is a large Carrefour market with a covered parking lot in Barneville-Carteret.

We stayed in a very beautiful, well-equipped house. Due to the unstable weather, we could not use the very close beach as much as hoped. Unfortunately, we had to constantly move our car as all local amenities and shopping facilities were poorly, or even not at all, within walking distance. If you want to experience a very quiet vacation, this is the perfect place.

Wonderful
We spent a very nice week in this wonderful house. Our dog felt just as comfortable as my husband and I did.
Mrs Hendricks as the agent and the landlords themselves are simply warm and great to deal with.
We can absolutely recommend this accommodation. A trip to this place is well worth it!

das Meer ist in ein paar Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar, schöner Sandstand, die Hunde können toben, da der Strand nicht überlaufen ist

Unsere Fragen wurden persönlich vom netten Vermieter Herrn C. beantwortet.
Umgebung: ein Katzensprung zum sauberen Strand (unser Hund wollte nur dort hin) und in die Dünen. Es ist super ruhig. Zum Einkaufen sollte man aber das Auto einplanen.
Im nahegelegenen Port-Bail-sur-mer bekommt man alles Nötige. Für den größeren Einkauf ist in Barneville-Carteret ein großer Carrefour Markt mit überdachten Parkplatz vorhanden.
Frau Hendricks als Vermittlerin und die Vermieter selbst sind einfach herzlich und ganz toll im Umgang.
Wir können diese Unterkunft absolut weiter empfehlen. Eine Reise zu diesem Ort lohnt sich!

sehr schönen erholsamen Urlaub. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und für Anregungen offen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne garantiert wieder.
