Welcome to this wonderful home in Skåne, Österlen - a place where the wings of history meet modern comfort. Just a short drive away from all popular travel destinations in Österlen. This gem from the early 20th century invites you to an experience of charm and elegance. The house is not just a place to live, it is a trip back in time with its beautiful details and well-preserved atmosphere. The large living area gives you plenty of space to socialize and create memories with loved ones. Here there is a spacious kitchen, two toilets that make it comfortable for everyone. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a single bed and the other with a double bed. Additionally, there is a double sofa bed in the living room and an annex adjacent with two single beds, totaling 7 sleeping spots. Why not enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the flourishing garden and the beautiful fields where you can see both deer and happy? Out in the garden you will find a gazebo that invites you to relax and socialize. The comfortable outdoor furniture makes it possible to enjoy warm summer evenings or take a book break in the shade of all the books in the house. Located near the sea and surrounded by the lovely nature, this is a place for relaxation and adventure. Whether you want to walk along the coast, explore charming villages or just relax, this place will make a very good base from which to start. If you want to go on excursions, this place is very well located. You have incredibly nice beaches along Ystad, Löderup beach and Sandhammaren. You have Ystad, Simrishamn, Tomelilla if you want to shop, eat well or just walk around. You have a very popular Café down here "Olof Viktors" which is highly recommended. Feel free to also visit the Old Bakery - Örnahusen, Karl-Fredrik på Österlen and Glimmingehus. A few miles away you have Ale's stones, Kåseberga and much more. For the children there is a lot to explore such as Skåne Zoo, Ystad Zoo and Tosselilla Summerland and much more. You can even take the ferry from Ystad to Bornholm. If you want to go on excursions, this place is very well located. You have incredibly nice beaches along Ystad, Löderup beach and Sandhammaren. You have Ystad, Simrishamn, Tomelilla if you want to shop, eat well or just walk around. You have a very popular Café down here "Olof Viktors" which is highly recommended. Feel free to also visit Gamla bageriet - Örnahusen, Karl-Fredrik på Österlen and Glimmingehus, also Örum 119 a place for a real pizza lover. If you want to try something unique, you have the Vyn restaurant along the coastline between Skillinge and Brantevik, which is run by Daniel Berlin, who previously ran a Michelin restaurant in Skåne. A short drive away you have Ale's stones, Kåseberga and much more. For the children there is a lot to explore such as Skåne Zoo, Ystad Zoo and Tosselilla Summerland and much more. You can even take the ferry from Ystad to Bornholm. Also take the opportunity to fish in all of Skåne's wonderful lakes.
