Description

TAKE TIME OUT - simply switch off and let your eyes wander over the mountain world of Rätikon, Verwall and Silvretta.

Here you can recharge your batteries and enjoy nature on the magnificent terrace in front of the Maisäß at 1,350 metres. And if you feel like it, put on your hiking boots or grab your bike. There are plenty of options for you all around. And in the evening you can end the day in the conservatory in front of the open fire and then lie down in your cosy bed.
Maisäß - a place where you can walk a few beats slower than in everyday life. The Maisäß are a special feature of the cultural landscape. Their origin goes back to the centuries-old history of three-tier farming.

The interior of the hut is characterised by wooden elements and loving details that create a cosy and rustic atmosphere. The large windows and conservatory let in plenty of natural light and offer a marvellous view of the surrounding landscape. The hut has a dining area with a large table where you can enjoy meals together, while the comfortable seating in the living room and conservatory invite you to relax.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, mirror and toilet, while the kitchen has a sink, cooker and plenty of storage space for your kitchen utensils. The hut is surrounded by beautiful natural scenery, perfect for hiking, cycling or simply enjoying the fresh mountain air.

We are very lucky to live where others spend their holidays and of course we like to take advantage of the opportunities that the beautiful valley offers us.
