Prepare your meals in the fully equipped kitchen, which comes with a dishwasher, microwave, kettle and coffee machine for your convenience. Throughout the flat you will find lovingly selected furniture and decorations that create a warm and inviting atmosphere.
For your comfort, bed linen, towels, a TV, a washing machine, a tumble dryer (both for a fee), an iron and a hairdryer are provided. Families with small children will be delighted with the baby cot and high chair provided (please book in advance). Of course, free WLAN is also available.

Location and surroundings of object
The flat is located in the green district of Cölln, about 300 metres from the Elbe and less than 500 metres from the train station. Opposite is a supermarket with bakery and butcher, around the corner you will find a fruit and vegetable market, an organic market and a café. On warm evenings, you can enjoy the sunset behind the castle hill in the beach bar 500 metres away. The historic old town of Meissen is a 12-minute walk away, the world-famous porcelain manufactory 20 minutes. On the Elbe side of your accommodation are the vineyards and the hidden wineries such as Proschwitz Castle and Vincenz Richter.

- You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.
