Description
Four-star holiday home according to DTV, certified for 2 persons. Non-smoking holiday home on the outskirts of the village, quiet location in the countryside, fireplace with outside air supply, underfloor heating/central heating with heat pump. Kitchen, electric blinds, fly windows, the walls are wallpapered with eco cotton wallpaper, granite floor, satellite system with 32 inch LED TV in HD, Blu-ray/DVD player, ch AV Reciver Playback for iPod/iPhone via USB, telephone, save, wardrobe, game console PS2 with three games, internet access via WLAN unfortunately not much more than 3.5 Mbit/s download and 1.44 Mbit/s upload possible.
Washing machine, full-length mirror, fan, there is an alarm system in the FH which is switched off when occupied.
Level shower, WC and urinal, hairdryer and make-up mirror. Kitchen with ceramic hob (2 cooking zones), extractor bonnet (outside air) and dishwasher, microwave with inverter grill including pizza browning plate. Noiseless absorption refrigerator with ice compartment. Dolce Gusto Circolo coffee machine with pods + regular coffee machine, toaster and kettle.
Bedroom with 7-zone H3 cold foam mattress 1.60 x 2.00 m, incl. bed linen, towels, soap and shower gel. In the living room a pull-out sofa with KS mattress x Three car parking spaces directly at the house.

There is no possibility to charge electric cars and it is not allowed for safety reasons.

There are also several churches (e.g. in Naustadt), chapels, farmsteads or former manors and historic village centres (e.g. Polenz). The "Linkselbische Täler" landscape conservation area enchants with its diversity of nature combined with castles and palaces. The municipality of Klipphausen is located about 11 km south of Meißen and about 15 km northwest of Dresden. The A 4 motorway runs through the south of the municipality and can be reached via the Wilsdruff junction (approx. 4 km). The village lies above the Elbe valley on the Linkselbische Tälern. These include the Saubachtal, Prinzbachtal, Regenbachtal; Eichhörnchengrund and Rehbocktal. The highest elevation is Baeyerhöhe at 322.3 metres above sea level. Scharfenberg Castle is in the district of Scharfenberg, Batzdorf Castle in Batzdorf, Klipphausen Castle in Klipphausen, Weistropp Castle in Weistropp and Gauernitz Castle in Gauernitz. Or how about a paddle steamer trip on the Elbe in the footsteps of Saxon wine. With nine historic paddle steamers that are between 84 and 134 years old, the Sächsische Dampfschiffahrt has the oldest and largest fleet of paddle steamers in the world.

A relaxing weekend in the countryside.
We spent this weekend in this small, cute holiday home. We lacked nothing. The landlord provided everything in the house that you need for a nice vacation. There is a folder with nearby attractions, information about the house, and operating instructions for each device. The surroundings are beautiful green, very quiet and varied. If you want to take a small, relaxed break from everyday life, this is the right place. The garden is beautifully planted, there is a small terrace with a stone oven grill where we spent nice, quiet evenings. There are even sun loungers for sun worshippers. The contact with the landlord was uncomplicated, courteous and friendly. He is there for his guests and provides useful tips. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back.

Glorious for relaxing
The vacation home has an interesting location, right in the middle of the village, but completely to itself! We felt well taken care of, the caretaker waited for us, because a one-hour traffic delay for a 150 km drive was quite severe. Even though we initially wanted to arrive without bicycles, we were able to use the accommodation as a starting point for many excursions. Whether by car or combined car/train, there was always something going on. Thanks for the wonderful days of relaxation!

A very nice little house with everything you need and more. A very nice manager and also the landlord accommodating, inquires upon arrival if everything is okay and if there are any questions, great. We were very satisfied and did great bike tours and relaxed well during the week. I can only recommend it and would gladly come back.
