Welcome to the "Wiking-Koje 6" holiday apartment in Schleswig – your perfect retreat for an unforgettable holiday on the Schlei fjord! This modern and stylishly furnished, accessible apartment offers everything you need for a relaxing stay in 71 m² of living space. Located on the second floor of a building constructed in 2023, it is easily accessible by elevator.
The apartment features an inviting living room with an open-plan design that flows seamlessly into the kitchen, creating a relaxed atmosphere. Enjoy cozy evenings on the comfortable sofa or a meal at the dining table, which offers ample space for socializing. A digital TV connection provides entertainment, and Wi-Fi is also available free of charge.
A special highlight of the accommodation is the balcony, from which you can enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding area – the perfect place to start your day with a coffee or watch the sunset in the evening. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and coffee machine, so you can prepare your favorite meals.
Two bedrooms each offer a comfortable box-spring double bed (180x200cm) and blackout curtains for restful nights. The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower with a grab bar and underfloor heating for added comfort. A vanity mirror and hairdryer are also provided. A washing machine is available for shared use in the neighboring building, ensuring you always have fresh laundry, even during longer stays. Thanks to the unique location on the Schlei fjord, you can also bring a boat and moor it at a berth directly at the Pionierhafen for a fee. Please contact us for details.

A reserved parking space is available directly at the apartment. In addition, there are communal parking areas with paid electric vehicle charging stations.
Your bicycle is also taken care of: it can be securely parked in a communal shelter.

The development of the new "Am Pionierhafen" district is largely complete. No further major construction work is expected. Some areas, particularly the surrounding grounds, are still undergoing visual transformation.

For all bookings with a stay from April 1, 2026, the city of Schleswig charges an overnight tax of 5% on the total price excluding VAT. This will be shown on the booking confirmation in addition to the total price.

The apartment has been furnished to a very high standard with great attention to detail and is therefore not available for use by construction workers. We reserve the right to refuse such bookings.

Great, well-designed apartment with a wonderful view of the Schlei... Within walking distance to the Holmer fishing village, monastery, and cathedral. A bit further for shopping, only by car or maybe by bike. In the holiday area, a small café with breakfast options, cakes.... Currently still a lot of construction...

A place to relax, beautiful quiet location, great view from the balcony over the Schlei. The apartment is easily accessible by elevator, and everything is on one level, so that people with mobility impairments can also enjoy a great vacation. We would spend our holiday there again at any time.
