Welcome to Casa Oleander.
The "Casa Oleander" villa, which will be available to rent from September 2023, is accessed via an electric roller shutter door. Next to it is a small door for pedestrians. You can park your car in a spacious tile-roofed carport. There are further parking spaces in front of and next to the carport.
Attached to the rear of the carport is a konoba. This offers plenty of storage space for luggage, drinks etc.
There is also a Miele washing machine and a Miele tumble dryer as well as an ironing board, iron and a folding clothes horse.
The villa itself consists of an elongated ground-floor building. In the centre section there is a spacious living room with a wood-burning stove and a kitchen (with dishwasher, cooker, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, etc.), as well as a dining table with seating.
To the left and right of the living room is a bedroom with its own bathroom. These bedrooms each have patio doors with stairs to the outside area. A door leads from the living area to an additional, small bedroom for one adult or two teenagers. Directly next to this bedroom door, a sliding door leads into a small bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin, which can also be used as a guest WC as it can be accessed directly from the living area.
Casa Oleander" has a beautiful roof terrace, which can be reached via an external staircase. Here you have a wonderful sea view and can, for example, end the day with a sundowner at sunset or sunbathe undisturbed. Two sun loungers and a parasol are available for you here.
The large covered terrace in front of the living room is equipped with beautiful garden furniture for 6 people and the mobile gas barbecue is ideal for barbecues. The terrace roof will be tiled in March 2024.
The 845 m² plot is completely enclosed by a wall or wooden fence and guarantees absolute privacy. The outdoor area is paved with beautiful quarry stone slabs and also has a small green area.
The spacious pool area is equipped with comfortable loungers with fresh towelling covers and fluffy bath towels.
The pool is heated, so you will always find a pleasant bathing temperature.
A net can be set up in the centre of the pool for water polo games.
There is a solar shower next to the pool.
There is also a table tennis table and a boules court for sporting activities.

My husband and I are Germans from near Stuttgart. However, we have been living and working in beautiful Istria for over 20 years. We live near Labin in an old Istrian house that we have renovated. This beautiful holiday home with every conceivable comfort was completed about 6 km away and we look forward to welcoming many guests. Having chartered our own motor and sailing yachts in Pula for many years, we know how important a stress-free and trouble-free holiday is for relaxation. We are at your disposal for all questions and problems at any time and can also be on site at short notice. Professionally, we have an agency in Germany for chartering sailing yachts, motor yachts and sports boats throughout Croatia. The German office in Remshalden is managed by our employees, but we are in constant contact with them, although we are always on site here in Croatia. Why accommodation in Istria? We spent a long time looking for a suitable property that met all our requirements. The region, location and proximity to the sea and a town were important to us. But also the peace and quiet and the greatest possible privacy. What makes this property unique? We built Casa Lavanda according to our ideas and chose every single detail, no matter how small. Individuality and quality were also important to us in the furnishings. We very much hope that our guests will feel the same way.
