Beautiful Modern villa with sea view in Pula Villa Luxoria is a beautiful new villa, situated afew meters from the beach with a breathtaking sea view. This beautifully modern villa with its surrounding is a real pleasure to the eye. It has a private pool and an outdoor, shaded dining area with barbecue. It has four bedrooms, a great living room, kitchen and dining area. The living room is beautifully decorated, at the ground floor are two bedrooms with enclosure bathrooms and exit to the pool. At first floor is located the dining room, kitchen and living room. with terrace. At second floor are two bedrooms with enclosure bathrooms and terrcae with jacuzzi. The villa is fully air-conditioned, has a wifi and private parking for more 3 cars. The amazing view is a pure relax for the body and the soul.
