Do you want to enjoy a holiday close to Stockholm City and beautiful nature? Then this house is the perfect accommodation for you, with its perfect location in the popular Tallkrogen in southern Stockholm! Here you live in a quiet, familiar neighborhood with a lush garden within walking distance to nice cafes, restaurants, bus, subway and much more! Cozy villa with an open social floor plan where the kitchen and living room are combined into one with high ceilings and access to a leafy, partially glazed veranda under the roof. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob and everything else you could possibly need in a kitchen, in the living room there is a TV with Apple TV. Fresh bathroom with shower, wc and sink. Down the stairs in the basement you will find the house's bedroom, two bedrooms each with a single bed, desk and wardrobe and a master bedroom with a double bed and wardrobes. Also on this floor is a bathroom with wc, bathtub and washing machine and tumble dryer. In the garden there is an additional patio with outdoor furniture and access to a charcoal grill. Parking is on the street which is free. If you want to charge your electric car, there are charging stations in the city centre. This accommodation is a perfect starting point if you want to explore everything central Stockholm has to offer in combination with calm and soothing nature. In just a few minutes by train you can reach Kungsträdgården, the Castle, the city hall, Gröna Lund, Skansen and much more. As well as a large selection of fantastic restaurants and beautiful walking paths. If you would rather explore the surrounding area, Gamla Enskede is a very nice and pleasant part to stroll in, and if you want to enjoy a lovely bath on a hot summer day, Hökarängsbadet is nearby with a sandy beach, jetty and barbecue facilities. Farstabadet is also close by, if you want to swim in the sea, you can go to Erstaviksbadet. Otherwise, you have fantastic opportunities to go on excursions in Stockholm's archipelago with boats that depart from the city. The list can be made long, there is an endless amount to do here. Perfect for a relaxing short vacation! We loved the garden and the quiet surroundings. The kitchen was well equipped, and cooking was fun. Nearby beaches like Flatenbadet were a highlight of our summer vacation.
