A warm welcome to this fantastic villa in one of Stockholm's most exclusive areas, Djursholm in Danderyd! Where peaceful nature and city life combine in a unique way. Here you live in a beautiful house from the early 20th century with a lake view, a lush garden and a stone's throw from Lake Ösby, where you can start the day with a refreshing morning swim! A summer idyll and the perfect accommodation for those of you who want comfort and proximity to everything you could possibly need during your holiday. Here you can enjoy the tranquility but at the same time be close to the pulsating city life Stockholm offers if desired with its rich cultural life and much more! The house is located in a nice residential area and consists of two floors with a basement. On the entrance floor you will find a generous kitchen with access to the garden, a large dining room for pleasant dinners that connects to a cozy balcony with a view of Lake Ösbysjön. Nice and relaxing living room, bedroom and a guest toilet. Upstairs, you are welcomed by a bright open hall that connects to a romantic master bedroom with a double bed and beautifully slatted windows facing Lake Ösbysjön. There are two more bedrooms with a single bed in each room. Upstairs there is also a beautifully renovated wc and a separate shower room. In the basement, which you reach between the kitchen and hall, there is a spacious laundry room. If you book bedlinnens a towel is complimentary. Lake Ösbysjön, only about 50 meters away, gives you an unbeatable proximity to swimming, a kiosk, volleyball games and nice walking paths. Also enjoy the beautiful beach promenade you will find by the sea, approx. 1.5-2 km away. Take the opportunity to stop for a cup of coffee at Café Ekudden. If you want to experience the city life central Stockholm has to offer, there are very good connections by both train and bus. For those of you who play golf, you have a wide range of golf courses within a few kilometers, including Djursholms GK. Also take the opportunity to explore Stockholm's Archipelago and its unforgettable gems!
