Welcome to the Spandau Chalet, your charming holiday home in Berlin Spandau, Germany. This holiday home offers space for up to 3 guests in 40 square metres of living space. It has a sleeping area on the ground floor, a sleeping loft on the upper floor and a shower room, ideal for a small family or a couple.
The chalet is equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable and unforgettable stay. It has a beautiful garden where you can enjoy the fresh air, read a good book or simply relax. A BBQ grill is available for barbecue lovers. You can also sit on the terrace and enjoy the view.
Inside the house you will find a cosy living room with a fireplace, which spreads a cosy warmth on cool evenings. The air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures even in the hot summer months. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, kettle and coffee machine so that you can prepare your meals as you wish.
A TV is available for your entertainment and the house has a washing machine and tumble dryer for your laundry. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house and a hairdryer is also provided. Please note that the house is non-smoking.
The house has a carport so that you can park your car safely. The bedrooms are furnished with comfortable beds and high-quality bed linen. The bathroom is modern and equipped to a high standard.

Very nice holiday home / friendly house landlords / owners
We spent 2 weeks on vacation with 2 people, in Aug 25.
Everything was well organized. The owners live directly across, are very friendly, and provide
information on all questions.
The holiday home is a small log cabin, which has been very well (tastefully) furnished. The house is detached, located on a very beautiful plot in a very quiet private access road. On the plot (with space for the neighbor) there is also the possibility to grill. The terrace is also very well shaded.
The kitchen is fully equipped, nothing was missing.
There is space for 2 adults, with 2 children.
About the surroundings:
We have been cycling for almost 2 weeks.
The Havel is very beautiful, up/down to Wannsee/Potsdam and Grunewald. The Wall Cycle Path from Kladow over Staaken to the north/Henningsdorf is also recommended (bikes can be rented in Kladow). The center of Spandau and the Havel/boat dock can be reached on foot in about 30/35 minutes. The bus connection is possible in 10 minutes. Shopping by bike, at Edeka/Aldi, etc., takes about 10 minutes. The location of the holiday home is quiet yet centrally located, simply perfect for those who want peace and only occasionally need the capital Berlin. We will return!

Already the 2nd vacation in Spandau Chalet
We already spent our second vacation at the Spandau Chalet in July/August and are once again completely thrilled with this beautiful accommodation.
Even upon arrival, you feel warmly welcomed (fruits and water on the table). The chalet is lovingly furnished, nothing is missing. The beautiful garden invites you to spend the evenings outside on the terrace. A grill is also available.
The location is great! It is quiet in the neighborhood, but everything is within walking distance in a few minutes (shopping). The bus easily reaches Spandau train station. From there, the S- and U-Bahn go to the city center.
The landlords are very nice and helpful, and they also ask if everything is okay.
For our next stay in Berlin, we definitely want to spend it again at Spandau Chalet if possible! Once you've been a guest here, you want to come back; you become a "repeat offender"! We can recommend the Spandau Chalet 100%.

Very nice accommodation
Everything you need was there. In the middle of the big city, but still quiet and with a lot of greenery around. In front of the house is a small garden where you can relax. Would love to come back.

Everything top!!!
It was a few really nice days on the outskirts of Berlin. The chalet is cozy and tastefully decorated, with a lot of attention to detail. Everything is very new, well-kept, and very clean. The property is a small green and quiet oasis. Arrive and feel comfortable, that's the way a vacation should be. Very nice hosts. Very relaxing. Everything perfect!!! We will gladly come back.
