This unique home has three bedrooms and can accommodate six guests.
When you enter the flat, you enter the living room through the hallway. Here there is a sitting area with a wood-burning stove and a very spacious dining area. From the dining area you look directly into the open-plan kitchen. The house has a rustic look with beautiful nostalgic elements such as rustic kitchen and bathroom fittings. The kitchen is also equipped with a 6-burner hob, a large oven, a fridge with freezer compartment and a microwave.
The staircase takes you to the top floor, where the three bedrooms and bathroom are located.
The first bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe. The second bedroom also has a double bed. It is also very spacious and has a small balcony as a nice detail. The third bedroom has a bunk bed.
The country house bathroom is equipped with 2 washbasins, a bathtub and a spacious walk-in shower.
The house also has 2 toilet rooms. One on the ground floor as you enter and a separate toilet room upstairs. There is also a washing machine.
At the front of the house is a small, semi-enclosed terrace.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday flat is located in the picturesque village of "Huisduinen". You can walk to the beach and the dunes in less than 5 or 10 minutes. The village has several restaurants, a farm shop with fresh, local produce and the Fortkijkduin museum, which was built by Napoleon. The North Sea Aquarium is also located here. To the north of Fortkijkduin is the Lange Jaap. This is the tallest cast-iron lighthouse in Europe. From "Huisduinen" you can reach the town of Den Helder by car within 5 minutes, where you will find several restaurants, shops and supermarkets.
