Description
Discover the charming, newly renovated holiday home "Holgers Lütten Hütt" in Papendorf, which is rented from May to September.
It is surrounded by picturesque scenery and a quiet neighborhood. This cozy holiday home offers 42 square meters of living space for up to 4 guests and features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The house has been lovingly renovated and comfortably furnished by us. In the idyllic garden, you can relax and enjoy the fresh air while preparing a delicious barbecue on the terrace. The charcoal BBQ grill is available for you at any time. There is also a covered barbecue area with a large gas grill in the garden! So you can grill and enjoy outside, protected and comfortably. . . . . An electric grill for grilling in rainy weather is available in the annex. A parking space is reserved for your vehicle directly on the property of the holiday home.
Inside the house, a cozy living room with a fireplace awaits you, providing pleasant warmth on cooler days. A wall bed with super comfortable mattresses in the living room can be easily folded up during the day for space and offers cozy sleeping at night.
The kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences, including a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine. In the separate bedroom you will find a comfortable bunk bed. A travel cot with wheels and an opening as well as a high chair are also available. The travel cot with mattress can be found folded up under the bunk bed.
A spacious chest of drawers and a wardrobe offer enough storage space for your luggage.
For entertainment, a smart TV and free Wi-Fi are available. In the bathroom you will find a hairdryer and all necessary amenities. Please note that the holiday home is a non-smoking property. Smoking is of course permitted in the garden or on the terrace.
The surroundings of "Holgers Lütten Hütt" invite you to enjoy relaxing walks and bike rides. Enjoy the nature with its blooming flowers, green meadows, and the nearby bathing lake.
Additionally, there is the possibility to go canoeing and stand-up paddling on the nearby Warnow. Shopping facilities are available at the entrance to the village (Penny), as well as in the Südstadt-Rostock shopping center 6 km away.
You can reach the beach in Warnemünde by train, which departs every hour from Papendorf. It is about a 10-minute walk to the station.
By car, you can reach Warnemünde in about 25 minutes.
In the shelter behind the house, four bicycles of various sizes are available for your use.
There are beautiful cycling paths to idyllic neighboring villages (e.g. Sildemow with bathing lake and small beach) and of course to Rostock.
The marina, the botanical garden, as well as the zoo with the Darwineum are worthwhile destinations in Rostock.
Other excursion destinations such as the Darß, Heiligendamm, and Kühlungsborn can be reached quickly by car.

Beach holiday in a quiet atmosphere with good connections
We spent 4 nights in "Holgers Lütten Hütt" and felt completely comfortable. The landlords put a lot of effort into offering guests an uncomplicated, well-prepared, and relaxing vacation and welcoming us. The entire accommodation was clean, tidy, and well-equipped. Only note: The bathroom is located as a passage room between the two rooms with sleeping options, which are only separated by wooden sliding doors – anyone who needs a lot of privacy or quiet at night should coordinate well.
The bicycles that come with the accommodation were ideal for us, as they provided us with flexibility in our leisure activities. The house is very quiet, and the surroundings offer many options with two bathing lakes, SUP & kayak rentals, and proximity to Rostock. I would like to book the accommodation again.

Recreation at the Coast
The location was good, in a few minutes you are in Rostock city. And it is quiet.
Space for up to 6 people.
A dishwasher, which I personally find great.
