Our lovingly renovated, 400-year-old house is in a dreamlike location with a 180-degree view over the Drau Valley. I grew up here. Nowhere else do we sleep as well as here. The flat, approx. 70 m², is furnished to a high standard, generously proportioned, under the roof and has a large balcony with a panoramic view. Breakfast here is a dream. Or enjoy the sunset.

You may be lucky enough to be welcomed by my dear parents, who share the hallway on the ground floor with you when they are on holiday there themselves. Otherwise you will be welcomed by our hard-working neighbour, who is also very knowledgeable about everything and is on hand with help and advice and lots of recommendations for all kinds of excursion destinations.

- You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.

Hello dear guests. My name is Birgit Grupp. My father grew up in the house where the holiday flat is located. The flat is on the top floor and has a marvellous view over the Drau Valley. My parents live on the ground floor when they are there. They are happy to answer any questions and if you want some peace and quiet, you won't be disturbed!
