Our house is located in the district of Castle Kauper and has direct access flow. Here is a web-based database and can boot directly to a boat tour. | Note: We always rent out our holiday home on a weekly basis from Sat. - Sat. in the months of April - October. The price is valid for an occupancy with 2 persons. For each additional person we charge 10 €. Children up to 3 years stay free. The weekly price includes towels, bed linen, electricity and water costs. In addition, there is the visitor's tax of Burg, which has to be paid in cash on the day of arrival. If you book for more than one week, the deposit will be adjusted accordingly. Please refer to our website for the current cancellation conditions. |

Great holiday, very close to nature, super relaxing, good starting point for all kinds of activities in the Spreewald
Super great accommodation, large garden, directly on the river, sauna, kayak available, great recreation factor, everything was perfect, nothing was missing. In the middle of nature and still a very good starting point for great activities in and around the Spreewald. We enjoyed Haus Schober very much as a couple with our 2 dogs and had a perfect holiday there. Thank you Jana, for this great accommodation/your recommendations and the lovely hospitality..... one always notices that you do this with absolute heart and soul. Pure relaxation !!!
Everything is possible here. Being on the road every day with the bike and exploring the beautiful area, just being lazy and finding a corner in the garden to read or listen to a book again, maybe even letting romance arise again and letting your legs dangle in the water with a glass of wine, or being active and enjoying nature with a boat.
You don't have to starve in this area, there is a lot on offer for the palate, going out to eat every day is possible here, but also cooking at home, the kitchen equipment allows for it.
The cottage itself is small but nice. Even in bad weather, you can spend some time here. Everything is clean and tastefully furnished.
We really felt comfortable and the famous and supposedly dangerous Spreewald mosquitoes did not bother us.
The landlords were very friendly, just as you would wish.

Peace and endless nature!
The holiday home "Zum Schober" really fulfills all wishes! Anyone looking for peace and relaxation in a well-kept environment with lots of nature will not be disappointed here! Boat with direct access to the stream, sauna, large bathroom, very well-kept and lovingly landscaped garden or outdoor area, great Spreewald house, and very nice landlords - what more could you want!

A Dream...
I was on a "men's vacation" with my two boys in the house. It was a dream!! There was nothing missing. I had never seen a vacation house so well equipped with equipment.
Great bathroom and sauna in the adjacent house, what more could you want.
Incredibly nice landlords and fantastic weather rounded off our vacation.

Vicinity of the holiday home: Natur pur, Fluß hinterm Haus, Paddelboot dabei. Das Haus hat 3 feste Schlafmöglichkeiten und eine Couch im Wohnzimmer zum ausziehen, aber am Besten für max. 3-4 Leute geeignet.
free time activities: Sehr viel zu unternehmen. Dicker Ordner mit allen Möglichkeiten liegt im Haus
