With our "Mittendrin" holiday apartment, the name says it all ("Mittendrin" means right in the middle): just a few meters' walk takes you to the popular pedestrian zone in the Garmisch district. Quietly located in a side street, it offers the perfect starting point for all your vacation activities.
Your holiday apartment is equipped with all the amenities you need for a successful stay:
Cozy Comfort and a Relaxing Bath
The bedroom features a large, comfortable double bed with an open footboard. The spacious mirrored wardrobe offers plenty of room to neatly store your vacation wardrobe. Right next door is one of the two bathrooms. In addition to a toilet and sink, you will find a shower/tub combo here. What could be better than taking a hot bath to unwind after a wonderful hike or a sunny day on the ski slopes? Pure relaxation!
The heart of your holiday apartment is the bright and welcoming open-plan living and dining area. In addition to a cozy sofa, you will find a dining area with a table and chairs. Naturally, a TV is also at your disposal.
Fully Renovated Kitchen & Fenced Garden
The kitchen was completely renovated in summer 2023 and is equipped with high-quality appliances. Should you choose not to dine out at the excellent local restaurants, hobby chefs will find top-tier equipment here. Of course, we have thought of all the necessary kitchen utensils, and a coffee machine is also ready for you. Speaking of coffee: it tastes best enjoyed on the apartment's beautiful terrace on one of the many lovely sunny days. The quiet location of the building invites you to spend a relaxed vacation day right at home. We have also made sure your little ones and furry friends are safe: the small garden is fully fenced.
Unique Lower Level
An open, narrow staircase leads you to the lower level of the apartment, which offers additional sleeping arrangements for three people. Feel free to take a look at the photos—we came up with a creative touch for you: the window well has been decorated with a panoramic photo wrap, giving you the "perfect view" even on the lower floor. A double bed, a single bed, and a TV complete the furnishings. A chest of drawers in the hallway provides plenty of space for clothing. A second bathroom with a shower and toilet completes this floor, making the layout of the apartment ideal for a family with three children or couples traveling together.
A complimentary parking space in the underground garage is available for your stay.

Clean and well located apartment. Ideal for access to central GAP and close to supermarket. Ground floor apartment without upper bedroom adjacent to entrance so a bit of noise early in morning when residents go to work. Perfectly acceptable though- I would use again.

We were four + 2 small dogs in the spacious, very modern apartment and felt very comfortable. The small garden, the view, and everything a vacation rental should have gave us a lovely holiday. The grand location "Right in the middle" is spot on, short distances for shopping, buying groceries, and also to the ski area, simply great! Always happy to return :)
