Discover the charming holiday home Casa Elefante with its own private pool. in Benissa-Fanadix on the picturesque Costa Blanca. This spacious 140 square metre holiday home can accommodate up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Enjoy the amenities such as the terrace in front of the tower room, the carport, the garden and the many terraces around the house at your disposal during your stay.
The house was completely rebuilt and modernised in 2023, making it a new house inside. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower and toilet. All rooms are equipped with new air conditioners. In the large living area, a climate-neutral pellet stove provides a pleasant warmth and cosy atmosphere. Around the house there are sun terraces and a beautifully landscaped garden with palm trees.
In addition, the house has solar panels with an output of up to 5 kWP. These are available during the day in sunny weather and can be used free of charge.
Wonderful sunny, wind-protected and quiet location with very beautiful views of the Peñón de Ifach in Calpe. Ideal also for wintering. Prices for a longer rental period on request.
Outside you will find a cosy barbecue area and a beautiful swimming pool, which invites you to relax and refresh yourself. Inside the house, a cosy living area awaits you with a climate-neutral pellet stove that provides a cosy atmosphere on cooler evenings. For your comfort, the holiday home is equipped with air conditioning in all bedrooms and living areas.
The modern and new kitchen offers all the necessary appliances such as a dishwasher, microwave, kettle and coffee maker, so you can easily prepare your favourite dishes while on holiday. For your entertainment, there is a TV, Wi-Fi and a washing machine. An iron is also available.
Long-term rentals are possible at Casa Elefante, but the holiday home is reserved for non-smokers. The Fanadix urbanisation is located near the coastal road from Moraira to Calpe. Stroll through the weekly markets in Moraira or Calpe or enjoy a tapaz with a nice glass of wine in the small bay of El Portet or La Fustera. Calpe offers you fantastically large sandy beaches, also ideal for families with children. Enjoy the fantastic view from the Peñón de Ifach over Calpe to Benidorm on a hiking tour. The many restaurants along the coast offer something for every taste.

Super holiday home in Benissa Costa
We spent three months (! ) in winter at Casa Elefante and it was fantastic. A paradise. The house is fully equipped with good beds and four beautiful bathrooms with rain showers. The garden is completely walled and beautifully overgrown, and the pool area is wonderfully private and mostly sheltered from the wind. We could often sit outside on the porch, even when it was a bit cool. A touch of luxury thanks to the fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, dishwasher, and combination oven. Everything is available, clean, and fresh. The tower room is the most beautiful, with a wonderful view of the Ifach. But most importantly: the very good and fast communication with Volker, all based on honesty and trust. Absolutely recommended. Or no, actually not, because we would very much like to come back ourselves! ?

Large family with a dog
We visited the holiday home of the Grießmann family during the Easter holidays. The house is super beautiful and very well equipped. There are many opportunities to relax and unwind around the house. For visitors with small dogs, like us, the large terrace and pool area were nice, we didn't use the other terraces as the dogs simply walked through the bars of the gate. This would be the only suggestion for improvement, to install another gate. But that's really nitpicking. Otherwise, it is worth knowing that the house is located in an urbanization and there aren't many opportunities for walking nearby. You can walk to the sea, but keep in mind that you'll have to walk back uphill. Calpe and Moraira are easily reachable by car in a short time. There are many shopping options, dining possibilities, and a stroll by the sea or lake is also possible. It's also worth mentioning that the homeowners are very friendly and helpful. Any questions were quickly answered. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

The house belongs to an elderly lady who has spent a lot of time in this house with her husband. As close friends, she commissioned us to modernise and rent out the house for her. During the modernisation, great importance was attached to maintaining the original Moorish-Tuscan style. We are a German/Dutch couple who have been coming to this beautiful area of Spain for almost 40 years.
