Detached, renovated holiday home on the "Fonyód Hill", not far from the viewpoint and the beautifully renovated Panoráma promenade. This part is characterised by an idyllic, relaxing environment. The free beach of Bélatep is the closest to the house. It's a fantastic feeling to sit on the terrace and enjoy the view. Soothing for the soul... The Martin Villa consists of two floors and two flats. On the ground floor there is a smaller, studio-like part with a living room/bedroom with a large, comfortable pull-out sofa, a kitchen and a bathroom. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom with a large covered terrace. A special feature of the house is that a garden kitchen has been created at the back of the garden. It can be an ideal place for a barbecue. Unfortunately, guests cannot use the outdoor oven. With the marvellous view, it is pleasant to chat, especially over a glass of delicious Balaton wine. There is also a sandpit in the garden for the children's enjoyment. Only one small dog is allowed in this holiday home, but only if it can be accommodated in the lower part. Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed upstairs. But you can play with him all day on the famous dog beach in Fonyód. The farmers' market is also an unmissable programme. Come and discover Fonyód!
