The holiday flat 1 of the Fam.Larisch is located, just like the second flat of yours, on the first floor of the host house.
It has
| a spacious living room with a couch set, a TV and an extra sofa bed for a third person, for a small child there is also a cot available.
| a large, separate kitchen, which is comfortably equipped and also has enough space for a dining table
| a bedroom with a 1.80 x 2.00 double bed and a highboard, where a cot can also be placed
| and a spacious bathroom with bathtub and shower and window.

Location and surroundings of object
Waren (Müritz) is an idyllic town on Germany's largest inland lake, ideal for nature lovers.
The hosts' house is located in a beautiful residential area - quiet, only a few minutes away from the Müritz and was completed only a few years ago.
So everything is new and modern, and of course it is renovated regularly.
Your hosts, both of whom are professionals, live in the lower part of the house and the two holiday flats are on the upper floor.
In front of the house, on the property, there is one parking space per flat.
Your bicycles will find a place further back on the property, at a bicycle stand that is roofed over like a carport.
