The flat is located on the 3rd floor of the Residence Albatros and offers a view of the world shipping route from the balcony- only 200 m from the North Sea ! This charming non-smoking flat offers 45 square metres of space for up to 4 guests and has a combined living/bedroom with kitchenette and dining area, 1 further separate bedroom with 2 single beds as well as 1 bathroom and a storage room for wardrobe , shoes and luggage. The sleeping area of the living room has a double bed, for which privacy is created by a room divider, and a large wardrobe.
Enjoy the fresh North Sea air on the cosy balcony, which is equipped with comfortable furniture. Relax in the in-house swimming pool or end the day in the sauna. A private parking space is at your disposal. The flat is accessible via a lift.
The modern kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle and a coffee machine. In the living room you will find a flat-screen TV, a comfortable couch and a dining table. The stylish interior of the flat is rounded off by high-quality furniture, designer vinyl floors and lovely decorative elements. Books, DVDs , free wi-fi, Sky TV and games mean you won't be bored even in stormy North Sea weather.
The bedrooms are equipped with high-quality, allergy-friendly bedding and have plenty of storage space.
The bathroom is modernly designed and has a WC, shower with thermostatic tap, towel radiator and washbasin with mirror cabinet and hairdryer.
A coin-operated washing machine and a coin-operated dryer are available in the basement for shared use. A bicycle cellar is available for storing your bikes.

Our guests can book a beach chair at a reduced price through the H&P tourist agency (subject to availability) and receive a discount at a local bicycle rental.
On request, the agency can also provide towels and bed linen (€28 per service package) as well as a child's travel cot (€3 per night) and high chair (€2 per night), which we will be happy to book for you as well. However, you are also very welcome to bring your own equipment.

Location and surroundings of object
The proximity to the beach, the spa gardens and the city allow for a variety of leisure activities. The flat is the starting point for cycling tours in Cuxland and long walks to the harbour and the town centre. Döse has something to offer in every season. From a bathing holiday in high summer to a walk along the dyke in autumn winds or the view of the Kugelbake with ice floes piling up in winter -- relaxation is guaranteed without boredom. The nearby Steinmarne open-air seawater pool and the Ahoi wave pool in nearby Duhnen, with its large water slide and beautiful wellness area, are available for all water rats.
A special highlight for many guests is a mudflat car trip to the island of Neuwerk or a day trip to Helgoland.
Note for dialysis patients: There is a dialysis practice nearby that looks after holiday guests by arrangement to ensure a relaxed holiday here too.

We operate the rental in the private sector and are professionally supported by the agency H& P-Touristik, which takes care of the on-site support and also the handling of the payment transactions for us. We have lovingly renovated our flats and equipped them with new bathrooms, kitchens and furniture. Everything is functional and furnished to a high standard.
