Mediterranean villa with private pool, 3 bedrooms, one indoor bathroom and one outdoor shower room. Located in a residential development with its own private garden with tropical vegetation, near the sea.
Starting in 2027, this holiday home will be equipped with air conditioning in all three bedrooms.
The villa is located on the Costa Dorada in L’Ametlla de Mar in the Calafat development and only 450m from one of the fine sandy coves (Cala Calafat) that you will find in the development.
Beautiful detached villa located in a fully fenced garden with 700m2 of tropical vegetation. In this 100m2 villa, furnished with atmosphere and decorated with oriental influences, no effort or expense has been spared to optimally ensure your holiday comfort.
Description The living room is divided into a dining area and a sitting area, equipped with a 46-inch flat-screen TV, a satellite decoder, a DVD player and a stereo for CDs. Two large double patio doors, one giving access to the covered terrace equipped with a large teak dining table () and chairs, the other giving access to the rear covered terrace and the sun terrace, all with views of the pool. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary comforts. There is a 5-burner gas hob, a combination oven/microwave, a fridge-freezer with 3 drawers, a coffee maker, a blender, a toaster, a juicer, etc. In a separate area you have a dishwasher, a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Glassware for water, wine and champagne. Tableware and glassware are amply available and there are enough table accessories.
It has three bedrooms, two of which are equipped with two single beds (0.90 x 2.00m) and a built-in wardrobe. The third bedroom has a double sofa bed (1.60 x 2.00m) and a built-in wardrobe. The bedrooms are equipped with fans. Duvets and pillows are available. (Duvets not available from June 1 to September 30). This villa offers sleeping options for up to 6 people.
An indoor bathroom with bath, 2 sinks, toilet and hairdryer. The outdoor shower room is fully walled and supplied with cold and hot water. The outdoor sink has cold water.
The sun terrace is made of natural stone and is arranged around the pool and around a large part of the villa. It has an area of 250m2. You will find relaxing armchairs and wooden sunbeds with cushions and a large U-shaped lounge area for lounging. All this to optimally ensure your holiday comfort. The pool (7m by 3.5m) is tiled with mosaics and has halogen lighting. Around the terraces are large plant containers with tropical vegetation and palm trees. In the evening, these are atmospherically lit. Near the covered terrace with its large table is a barbecue area. The plot is fully fenced, you can enjoy nature here. It has parking space for two cars.
In this villa you have a high chair and a baby bed (for a baby up to 3 years old; if you wish to use it, please let us know when booking). This service is free. The villa is protected by grilled doors and wooden shutters.

The residential urbanization of Calafat is located directly and adjacent to the sea, surrounded by beautiful coves with crystal clear waters and fine sandy beaches, with its own Marina Port Calafat and Bay with fine sandy beach Cala Calafat. Calafat has a small commercial centre (500 m from the villa) with supermarket, bakery, restaurants, a sports area with tennis, squash, mini football, pétanque fields, playground, etc.
Calafat is located just 7 km from the picturesque fishing village of l'Ametlla de Mar (with all bank, shop and catering facilities) to which it belongs. Surrounded by a Provencal green-clad mountains chain, a preserved tourist zone without mass tourism, beaches and bays are not overcrowded, there you will find a nice balance between sun and sea, man and nature.

Feel free to ask about our rental modalities for reserving our holiday home. We do everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Our assistance team is on site during your stay. Should a problem arise, they will take care of you and try to resolve it as quickly as possible. Villa with rental license 002173-hutte registered in the register of tourist accommodations in Catalonia. The drawing up of a lease with season rental is mandatory. Minimum rental period by one or two weeks, depending on the period. Not by days. Changeover day Saturday always in high season. Included is gas consumption, average water consumption, average household electricity consumption linked to living and maintenance of the swimming pool (1 x per week). Wireless internet (Wi-Fi) is available to you free of charge. House linen provided - kitchen towels, bed linen and towels (towels only for use in the bathrooms or shower rooms of the holiday home, you should always bring your own towels for use around the pool and on the beach) In the villa you have a highchair and cot (for babies up to 3 years). If you wish to use this, you must inform us at the moment of booking. This service is free of charge. Flat rate for each rental. -Cleaning fee: € 140,-. -Tourist tax in tourist establishments in Catalonia € 1,75 per adult per night (exceptions persons from sixteen years or less, so at the age of 17 years) Optional (only if you want to reserve this option) -Pets are allowed at this location only on request. If you wish to bring your well-behaved dog, you must notify it upon reservation. Fixed rate for each admitted pet: €50. The garden is completely fenced. Cats are not allowed. Rental Agreement A rental agreement is mandatory for seasonal rentals. After receiving your information, Calafat Retreats will email you the rental agreement, which includes the full terms and conditions of your reservation and has already been signed by us. You must return a signed scanned copy of the rental agreement to us by email within 24 hours of booking and receipt of the rental contract. The 30% deposit of the total rental amount must be deposited into our account within 72 hours of the contract date. The balance (70%) must be paid 6 weeks before arrival. If you book within 6 weeks of arrival, the total rental amount must be deposited into our account upon signing the rental agreement. Security deposit There will be a security deposit payable in cash on arrival. (€ 500,- period 18/04 up to 26/06 and including, period 29/08 up to 02/10/2026 and including, and € 750,- period 27/06 up to 28/08/2026 and including) This deposit will be refunded in full at the end of the holiday subject to the accommodation and its contents being returned to the property owner in same condition. Any damages, losses or breakages will be deducted from the security deposit. On the day of arrival, you have access at the holiday accommodation after 17.00 hours in the afternoon. On the day departure you leave the holiday accommodation between 07.00 and at least at 10.00 hours in the morning. This villa is rented to one family. Youth groups are not allowed. No smoking permitted inside the villa. We only accept payment method by Bank Transfer. Before booking be aware that we don’t accept payment by Bank Cards, Credit Cards or PayPal. |
