Discover my holiday flat "SeeEule" in Haltern am See.
The bright and spacious 85 square metre flat on the 1st floor (14 steps) offers space for up to 6 guests.
In a quiet location, it is just 300 m from the town centre.
Please enquire about pets in advance!
The flat is perfect for a family holiday, a short trip or a stay for fitters.
If you work, then at least live well, cook well and sleep well.
Both bedrooms are furnished with large, cosy double beds, whereby one bed can also be made up as 2 single beds. Bed linen can be booked as an option.
there are 2 additional sofa beds (with slatted frames) in the living/dining room for a good night's sleep. A travel cot, a high chair and some toys are available for our younger guests.
Relax in the cosy living and dining room on the large, comfortable couch in front of the TV, with music or with an exciting game evening (games available) at the large dining table.
On the adjoining balcony (sunny side) you can read one of the books provided in a cosy atmosphere. An awning offers you shade.
If you don't want to go hungry on holiday, you can cook and bake in the fully equipped kitchen. Coffee machine, Senseo, kettle, toaster, egg cooker, baking utensils, blender, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge and large ice cream compartments are available. A basic supply of Zewa, spices, vinegar, oil, coffee (+ filter) and pods allow you to arrive in peace.

The bathroom has a bathtub and a shower. In addition to the toilet and washbasin, a hairdryer, mirror cabinet, make-up mirror and storage space round off the offer.
There is also a guest WC with washbasin and mirror. Toilet paper is also available.
WLAN is of course also available!
An iron and ironing board, clothes horse and pegs, hoover and cleaning materials are available in the storeroom. Dog bowls and blankets are also available.
Washing machine and tumble dryer are available for a fee.
ALL rooms are equipped with fly screens and shutters.
Bed linen and towels are NOT included. You can book linen packages (towels only or bed linen only or both together)!
I charge € 2.5o extra for ready-made beds.
Please transfer a deposit of 50 € in advance. The refund will be made within max. 8 days after your departure.

Location and surroundings of object
Romans, cyclists, sand and lakes - Haltern am See with its historical roots lies in the heart of the Hohe Mark Nature Park and is often referred to as the gateway to the Münsterland.
The district town in the north of the district of Recklinghausen, in the administrative district of Münster in North Rhine-Westphalia.
Wonderful cycle tours in the surrounding area or hikes, e.g. through the Borkenberge, the Westruper Heide, the Haard or the Hohe Mark invite you to explore. Maps are available for you!
You can hike and cycle around the Haltern reservoir. You can travel across it on the "Möwe" ship or a (pedal) boat. Enjoy some unusual gastronomy such as Jupp's adventure garden for young and old and the neighbouring climbing forest.
The Haltern reservoir, the Aquarell indoor and outdoor pool in Haltern am See, the large 800 metre long lido at the Haltern reservoir, the Silbersee II in Sythen or the outdoor pool in Sythen ... all of which are known far beyond the borders of Haltern.
Haltern am See also has a lot to offer culturally. A visit to the Roman Museum in Haltern am See can be worthwhile. Here you can see vividly what traces the Romans left behind in Haltern.
Striking points in Haltern are certainly the Sieben Teufelsturm (Seven Devils' Tower) and the market square ... the parlour of Haltern. Here you will find many street cafés and great restaurants that invite you to linger. The town agency also offers night watchman tours!
In the Sythen district, you will find the old water mill, which has been lovingly restored. Directly opposite is the old manor house "Schloss Sythen". The remains of the castle complex, the archway and the chapel have been restored with a great deal of commitment from the people of Sythen and public funds.
You will find great farmer's cafés in each of our districts that invite you to shop and linger. Farmer Ewald, the leisure park Ketteler Hof (also with indoor playground), the nature wildlife park Granat ... all places where especially our little guests will feel very addressed! Information material is available for you.
You can reach almost all places on foot. But the best way is by bike, bus or car!
You can enjoy all this during a short trip or a few nice days of holiday in the surrounding area!
The cities of Münster, Bochum, Essen, Oberhausen and Recklinghausen can be reached by car or train via the nearby A43 motorway within a radius of up to 50 km.
If you are travelling by train, you can reach us by bus from the station within 12 minutes (bus stop approx. 300 m from the apartment). If you prefer to walk the 1.1 km, you can reach us in approx. 20 minutes.

A vacation apartment that delivers what it promises.
Dear Mrs. Linders,
We thank you for a wonderful stay over Easter 2024 in your holiday apartment. We felt very comfortable with our Miniature Schnauzer and lacked nothing.
We also thank you for the friendly personal welcome, the great holiday apartment, and the many tips for hiking and cycling.
As always, the time was much too short, so we will definitely come back.
