This modernly furnished holiday home surrounded by greenery is located in Risika, a small village near Vrbnik. It is situated in a quiet environment, ideal for a relaxing holiday. On the property of 1000 m2 lies the spacious holiday home of 180 m2 with swimming pool, gazebo with barbecue and lounge area, surrounded by meadows. The large terrace is connected to a comfortable living room with fireplace, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. From the living area you enter the sleeping area, where there is a bedroom with double beds and en-suite bathroom, and separate toilet. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with shower and a gallery with sofa bed for two children. Guests have a closed parking space at their disposal. All rooms are air-conditioned and there is Wi-Fi, satellite TV, dishwasher and washing machine. The sandy beach Sveti marak in Risika is about 2000 m away. Pets are allowed.
