Dream holiday in your own little paradise

We (2 adults, 2 small children and dog) spent a wonderful week in Villa Cima at the end of September/beginning of October.
The cosy, very well-maintained and clean stone cottage lacks nothing. There are cooking facilities in the small kitchen in the cosy living room or outside in the great outdoor kitchen.
The pool is well maintained and impresses with its "infinity look" towards the mainland.
The property, which is completely surrounded by a stone wall, is also unique and was a dream for all of us. Children's playground with slide, swing and lovingly designed "balance path", football goals, a badminton net and hammocks - every level of the terraced grounds has something to offer
The small, beautiful* bay below the villa is easy to reach with good shoes, surefootedness and a bit of fitness.
The owner family is very nice and accommodating. Izidor, the owner, can always be reached by phone and fulfils every request immediately.

Conclusion: if you are looking for peace, nature and solitude, you can fulfil this dream with a holiday in Villa Cima.
We enjoyed every day and will gladly come back!

*unfortunately, plastic waste has become the norm on the wild beaches of our seas, but the sight of it is still frightening every time.

VILLA CIMA DREAM HOUSE ON KRK

The beautiful Villa Cima is about 30 minutes away from the airport. All hot spots can be reached from the villa in about 30 minutes by car. The villa is located at the end of a 800m long gravel road and is simply a dream. We spent 2 weeks in Villa Cima with 2 adults and 2 children (8 & 10years) and could have accommodated 2 more people. The villa is completely enclosed by an old stone wall. If you are looking for absolute peace and quiet on holiday, coupled with lush vegetation and a fantastic view, this is the place for you. The small bathing bay below the house can be reached in 7 minutes via a narrow path. We met two hikers in the 14 days, otherwise we had the small bathing bay with the crystal clear water completely to ourselves. As I said, the villa is ideal for people who are looking for absolute solitude and peace and who want to spend their holidays in harmony with themselves and nature. The best way to get to Risika is by car. The nearest large supermarket is about 15-20 minutes away by car. The villa itself offers a small kitchen inside for cooking, as well as 2 gas fields outside, as well as a barbecue next to it. A dream for every hobby cook and barbecue fan to prepare food outside in beautiful weather, while the rest of the family enjoys the spacious pool, or romps in the beautifully landscaped garden. The garden is terraced and offers the possibility to play football, badminton or volleyball or simply to look at the sea in a hammock. As I said, the view from and to the villa is a dream and you can't get enough of it. The whole family of the landlord is extremely forthcoming, helpful and polite and welcomed us with open arms and also helped us with advice and support. We will definitely be back!

Traumhafte Lage

Excellent holiday home in a prime location. Perfect for a stay with a dog! 3000m² property completely fenced. House, terrace, garden, pool... all impeccably maintained by the owners. Private access to a small bay via a "sporty" little footpath. Not suitable for flip-flops, but easily manageable with sturdy shoes. If you want a week of absolute peace, this is the ideal place. The small outdoor kitchen with a huge grill and a small gas cooker is also very nice. Owner family very friendly and helpful. Produces excellent olive oil among other things.
We will come back!

Traumhafte Lage

We were four people with a dog. The location of the house is uniquely beautiful. The perfect place to relax. Nevertheless, not far to the nearest small village. There is a small market where you can get the necessities. For a major shopping trip, it's better to go to Punat or Krk, about a 15-minute drive. The walk to the bay is strenuous, but as a result, it's not crowded, and we liked it very much. The landlord is always available and took great care of us. The pool was regularly cleaned and maintained.
We will definitely come back to this dreamlike idyll.

Pure relaxation!

We were looking for absolute peace and found it at Villa Cima.
We:
2 adults, traveled with our 2 dogs (King poodle and Pumi), so we were looking for a house where we could let the dogs roam freely. In the huge, fenced-in grounds, the dogs could move around freely - it was great.
Landlord:
The landlord welcomed us with cake and drinks. He is very nice and fulfilled every wish for us. He was always available when we had questions.
Villa:
The villa is lovingly and absolutely functionally furnished. When we unexpectedly had visitors from Austria, it was no problem to let them stay in the house for a short time as it has 3 bedrooms.
Pool:
Even though it was only May, so spring, we were able to swim in the pool (around 26-30 degrees). The pool is fantastic. It is large, and you can see far across the island, the sea bay, all the way to the mainland. Great sun loungers. Everything very well maintained.
Bay:
The private bay is easily accessible on foot. However, it is advisable to wear good shoes for the descent and ascent, as it is a narrow, somewhat steep, small path. The bay itself is very beautiful, and the sea is absolutely clear.
We can highly recommend Villa Cima to anyone seeking peace and solitude.

Traumurlaub auf Krk

We spent a wonderful holiday from September 30 to October 7, 2017 in Vila Cima (Krk). The villa is surrounded by beautiful nature and offers a magnificent view of the mainland and Crkvenica.
The highlight was the heated pool, which had a pleasant water temperature of up to 26 degrees day and night, and since it was already a bit too cold to swim in the sea at the beginning of October, we enjoyed this very much. This villa is the ideal holiday home for every nature lover, located in untouched nature without having to forgo the usual comforts. All sights and shopping opportunities can be reached quickly from there, and the very nice landlord is always very helpful with any concerns, for which we would like to thank him very much again. We will definitely book our holiday there more often!

Perfect vacation

The house is very well equipped for families with children and older people. The garden pool is a dream, and the view as well. :-)
We also really liked the private location, although the town center is not far away (for shopping). Definitely recommended! Private beach is actually a wild beach where we were completely alone all the time (which we loved), and it is about a 10-minute walk away, with the landlord working on creating a shorter path for the 2018 season!

Absolutely amazing property - great for dogs - not good for those with limited mobility.

The house is, as stated, accessible via a long gravel road with sections of asphalt. It goes up and down and up. Biking from the house to the village is only suitable for fit cyclists. It's simply too far to walk. To our surprise, the huge property was enclosed by walls. Great! This way, we could let our dogs run. One spot should be fenced off higher as it slopes down into hedges and undergrowth. The mentioned private beach is a WILD BEACH and belongs to everyone. The path there is bad. Steep and very difficult to navigate. This is done once to verify if it's true. Very dangerous! The pebble beach is okay, if one is willing to endure the hardship. But give it a try! The reception was in the evening due to a car breakdown. So we were kindly welcomed with a covered apple pie and schnapps. One should definitely note that on the day of arrival a key handover appointment should be arranged only from noon, so that the check-out of the previous occupants and cleaning of the house and pool are completed.
The house is not suitable for wheelchair users. The pool and two rooms in the house are accessible via stairs.
Nevertheless, the house is soooooooo beautiful that we will definitely go back. For sporty people, you can jog to a larger beach in 13 minutes. Parking available, perfect for children, no dogs. Three more coves are better to reach by car. 2 x dog beach, 1 x without dog.
The view from the house is breathtaking.
In the evening, you can see the mainland from the pool. The street lighting there is amazing.
Value for money: One dog is free, but each additional dog costs 10, - per day. We paid an additional 210, - for 3 dogs. Here one should reconsider the price and set a flat rate. No EXTRA cleaning was done to justify the 210.--

Still, I can recommend it! ! ! !

Perfect eco-villa

It was a perfect stay. The villa is completely sustainable with solar panels for water and electricity. It is situated in midst of Mediterranean wild life, which you can smell from the bed. It takes only 10-15 min walk on a wild path to an isolated beach where we have encountered no one but ourselves. Or five minutes by car to another sandy beach.
The interior is authentic old style. From every part of the house and its surrounding there is a gorgeous view of the sea.
One of the best parts was the heated swimming pool with a view of the entire bay, which actually gives you the impression of being above the sea.
It was also a heaven for kids as the house has a closed playground and a very vast, fenced garden suitable for pets.
On the other side if you want to play some sports there is a volleyball and badminton court as well.
The position within the island is very good. It takes 10 min to get to a beautiful old city of Vrbnik and cca 20 min to the main city of Krk.
We had the bestest time and are for sure coming back!
p.s. The host is a charm! He greeted us with a hot home made pie and a wine from their wine yard. We could always reach him by phone or email to get an additional info.

Heaven on Earth

In Risika, in the Villa Cima, you will literally find heaven on earth. The house is charming and lovingly furnished and has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The beautiful outdoor area is spacious and well-maintained, and the heated outdoor pool was already usable during our stay in April. The house is very clean, and you can see that the owners invest a lot of work and effort to ensure their guests have an unforgettable stay. In addition to the tranquility and originality of the property, the breathtakingly beautiful sea view is particularly captivating. Villa Cima is secluded but easily accessible by car. A footpath leads to the house's private beach, which is fully available to the guests of the house. Those seeking peace and seclusion to spend a relaxed and laid-back vacation with a "Robinson Crusoe-like" atmosphere will find the right place here.
