Tolle Lage, aber erhebliche Mängel bei Ausstattung, Sauberkeit und Privatsphäre ------------- Positives: Der Check-in verlief absolut unkompliziert. Da wir staubedingt außerhalb der regulären Check-in-Zeiten ankamen, konnten wir den Schlüssel problemlos einer Schlüsselbox entnehmen. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist wirklich super – der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch ein Einkaufsmarkt befindet sich direkt um die Ecke und die Raumaufteilung der Unterkunft an sich war gut. Negatives: Leider gab es massive Mängel bei der Ausstattung, Sauberkeit und vor allem der Privatsphäre: Wohnungsbesichtigung während des Aufenthalts: Der absolute Tiefpunkt war, dass uns erst am Anreisetag mitgeteilt wurde, dass am nächsten Tag eine Wohnungsbesichtigung stattfindet. Uns wurde gesagt, wir müssten nicht da sein – doch wir waren vor Ort. Die Situation war extrem skurril und unangenehm, da die fremden Leute genau in dem Moment durch die Wohnung liefen, als wir gerade am Essen waren. So etwas geht während eines gebuchten Aufenthalts gar nicht. Müllentsorgung: Es gab vorab keinerlei Infos, wo der Müll hin soll. Weil im Fahrstuhl stand, dass montags die Abholung ist, haben wir ihn vor die Tür gestellt. Vom Nachbarn wurden wir dann aber auf die Containern ein paar Ecken weiter hingewiesen. Hier fehlt einfach eine klare Beschreibung in der Wohnung. Ausstattung & Sauberkeit: Obwohl für 5 Personen gebucht, waren nur 3 Decken und Kissen (Inlets) vorhanden. In der Küche fehlte es am Nötigsten (nicht einmal Geschirrtücher). Das Geschirr (Gläser, Teller, etc.) war dreckig und die Terrasse eingestaubt und mit Spinnweben. Der Backofen ist unbrauchbar – selbst das Aufbacken von Baguettes war unmöglich. Auch die Abzugshaube war nur dekorativ und ohne wirkliche Funktion. Nicht Mal eine Toilettenbürste gab es, das sollte zur Grundausstattung gehören. Kommunikation: Es sollte dringend vorab in der Beschreibung stehen, ob Bettwäsche mitzubringen ist. Das erfuhren wir erst sehr kurzfristig. Parksituation: Die Parksituation im Ort ist eine Katastrophe und wurde nirgends erwähnt. Kostenlose Plätze gibt es nicht. Mit viel Glück erwischt man einen kostenpflichtigen Platz vor der Tür. Ansonsten zahlt man überall im Ort mindestens 10 € pro Tag extra, was vorab hätte kommuniziert werden müssen.
