In 2023, the holiday home was lovingly renovated to a high standard and has since shone in Scandinavian-Frisian chic with top furnishings. This unique oasis of well-being in a dyke location impresses with a total of 90m2 of living space on two levels.
On the approx. 1000m2 plot with a wonderful garden and unrestricted field view, a beach chair and sun loungers invite you to linger. Absolute tranquillity and pure nature make everyday stress disappear and ensure relaxation in exceptional surroundings.
After entering through the Frisian, dove-blue Klönschnacktür, the view opens onto the open, bright and modern-hyggel entrance, living and dining area with chic, grey concrete flooring, modern kitchenette, fireplace, comfortable sofa with récamière and a 65-inch QLED Smart TV (incl. Netflix and Amazon).
Also on the ground floor is the bathroom with a beautiful shower cubicle in white metro tiles, terrazzo floor and with a generous mirror surface.
The wooden staircase centrally located in the room leads to the fully developed attic with open gallery space and two cosy bedrooms with large double beds (180x200cm).
The sun deck/terrace directly adjacent to the living area has a dining table for up to 6 people and a large, shady 3-metre parasol. Terrace and garden area invite two-legged and four-legged guests to linger: due to the southern exposure, you can enjoy the sun there until it sets. A beach chair facing the field - with a view of the sunset, a sun lounger and sun chairs as well as a barbecue station with a high-quality Rösle gas grill round off the perfect holiday day.

Location and surroundings of object
Despite the complete seclusion, the loft has an excellent infrastructure with shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity of only 1.5 kilometres. Husum can be reached by car in about 15 minutes, the port of Nordstrand with daily ferry connections to Pellworm, Amrum, Föhr or Sylt is only 8 kilometres away. The entire peninsula is perfect for extended bicycle tours (we are happy to organise rental bikes on request), walks along the dyke and also kiters get their money's worth.

It has always been my dream to have my own little refuge in nature where I can retreat and switch off from my everyday life in Hamburg. I have found that here on Nordstrand. The incomparable tranquillity, the vast nature, the people and the proximity to the North Sea coast - all this grounds me. Even if I only make it to my house by the sea for a weekend, it gives me strength for another busy week. This is exactly the experience I would now like to share with other people.
