Our lovingly renovated holiday home welcomes you warmly.
With the awareness of preserving the charm of the old, we have carefully renovated the almost 200-year-old farmhouse in the Hegau region in a stylish atmosphere and transformed it into a cosy holiday home. With a ceiling height of approx. 2.10m, the "nest feeling" is the programme.
With 250 m² spread over 2 floors, it offers enough space for up to 9 people. ( 2 additional persons are possible on request ) .
Our lovingly renovated holiday home welcomes you warmly. The holiday home Hegaunest has 5 bedrooms, a living room, 3 bathrooms (one with whirlpool), a large and a smaller kitchen, a large lounge, as well as a bar and a cosy outdoor seating area with fireplace and barbecue facilities. Ideal for a smaller group.
We are happy to provide bed linen and towels free of charge. In addition, you have free access to WLAN throughout the entire house. Parking spaces for vehicles and bicycles are available directly at the house.
The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, cooker and kitchen utensils invites you to cook together. Of course, a washing machine, Wi-Fi and an iron are available, so you will want for nothing during your stay. The holiday home is suitable for long-term rentals and exclusively for non-smokers.

or just sit together in a cosy atmosphere. Spend sociable hours in our homely furnished social room. Ideal to end the evening together after a beautiful day of holiday. Here you will find a large dining table, comfortable seating, a games table, a chess corner and a filled bookshelf. Music CD ' s, a 3D Blu-ray/DVD home cinema system and a large TV. The little guests also have a small play corner if they wish.
Our outdoor area, partly covered, with a small fireplace and the possibility to barbecue, also invites you to linger.
Shady parasols, comfortable garden furniture and enough wood make for a nice barbecue evening in the outdoor area.

The Hegaunest is conveniently located in the Randegg district of Gottmadingen, a stone's throw from the beautiful High Rhine and only a short distance from Lake Constance. A bus stop with good connections to Gottmadingen/train station and on to Schaffhausen or Singen-Radolfzell/Bo0densee, Gailingen a. Hochrhein as well as to neighbouring Switzerland is in the immediate vicinity.

**Translation:** **Withdrawal/Cancellation Fees** You may withdraw from the contract at any time. The withdrawal must be made in writing (letter or email). In the event of withdrawal, you are obliged to compensate us for any damages incurred: - For a withdrawal after/from booking, 20% of the total amount is to be paid. - For a withdrawal from the 31st day up to the 90th day before check-in, 50% of the total amount is to be paid. - For a withdrawal from the 30th day up to check-in, the full rental price is to be paid. The date of receipt of your withdrawal notice applies. Amounts already paid will be offset. You may provide a substitute person who enters into your contract under the stated conditions. Written notification is sufficient. It is recommended that the tenant takes out travel cancellation insurance.
