Welcome to our bungalow about 80 metres from Lake Schwerin.
Size living space incl. conservatory approx. 50 m² and is ideal for 2 persons + child. Pets are not allowed.
The heating in our holiday home is electric.
There are 2x e-bikes incl. helmets, 2 sun loungers.
Our holiday bungalow has a box spring bed incl. topper with bed box and a pull-out sofa bed. A cosy dining room with dining set + upholstered seating area, TV, radio. A fully equipped kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, kettle, Senseo coffee machine, toaster, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment.
We use the house ourselves, it is furnished accordingly.
The total price includes the following items:
1. incl. waste disposal in the holiday home
2. incl. bicycles e-bikes
3. incl. car park directly at the holiday property
4. Bed sheets + mattress protectors in the appropriate size.
5. Fire bowl
The total price does not include:
1. 85,-EUR final cleaning (excluded are: Bicycles, crockery, coffee machine and oven, these are to be handed over properly)
2. Electricity consumption (0,33€/kWh) from 10 kW not included only in low season.
3. Bed linen and towels are to be brought by the tenant and are not included in the rental price. (Linen package 65,- EUR for 2 persons)

Location and surroundings of object
Charming Seehof: picturesque waterside location, ideal for relaxing and enjoying nature. The well-maintained outdoor pool on Lake Schwerin is just a few steps away. The water is shallow and very clean. The beach is supervised by a lifeguard during the summer holidays. There is a large lawn, jetty and toilets on site. A good local restaurant with adjoining playground, tourist information centre, candle workshop, playroom for children, several playgrounds and bicycle hire are all within a 5-7 minute walk. Beautiful cycling and hiking trails lead directly through Seehof, along Lake Schwerin. In Hundorf there is also a strawberry field where you can pick your own strawberries:)

- You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.
