Description

The house has been completely renovated and newly furnished by us in recent years.

On the property you will find enough space to park your car safely. In the rear area you will find the garden with a seating area, a fireplace grill, a lawn for sunbathing, as well as swings.

The beach, which is only about 150 m away, can be easily reached on foot. Furnishings:
• Large bedroom with double bed, sitting area, and SAT-TV
• Small bedroom with double bed
• Windows triple-glazed, with external shutters and insect screens
• Kitchen with kitchenette and dining area; fridge-freezer combination; dishwasher; stove including oven; coffee machine; electric kettle and toaster;
• Bathroom with shower, toilet, and washbasin
• Hand and bath towels also available on request

Location and surroundings of object

The house is located two kilometres east of the town centre. The beach, which is only about 150 m away, can be reached easily on foot. A grocery shop and a few restaurants ( with free wifi) are in the immediate vicinity and can also be reached quickly on foot.
Balatonlelle is located on the southern shore of the lake and is one of the most popular holiday resorts on Lake Balaton. The inhabitants are joined every year by thousands of visitors who spend their summer holidays here.
In the hot summer months from June to September, Lake Balaton is a crowd puller for locals and tourists from all over Europe.

Nice accommodation within walking distance to the beach

Clean accommodation equipped with everything necessary.
Shopping facilities, restaurants, and exchange offices are available in sufficient numbers.
Very friendly welcome with valuable tips for the stay.
The beach, which can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot (free of charge), is well-maintained with a snack bar and toilets.
It was a relaxing holiday for us.

Pure relaxation

We had a great time and can highly recommend the cottage for a relaxing holiday.

Many thanks to our landlord and the family. We were warmly welcomed and immediately felt at home. From the beginning the contact was always there, all questions were answered promptly

Summer holiday 2021

We spent a great holiday in Balatonlelle and felt very comfortable in the flat. The landlords are very friendly and always concerned about the well-being of their guests. We will definitely come again.

Price-performance top

We traveled as a family with 2 small children (2 years and 8 months) to Hungary. For us, the holiday home was totally sufficient and well equipped. The location was okay, a good 20 minutes on foot and you were in the city. It was about 10 minutes to the lake (with a stroller). You also get used to the frequently passing trains quite quickly. The small garden with a cozy seating area and swing option invites you to linger. We would book the house again at any time.

Top Ferienwohnung

We had a great 2 weeks of vacation. The vacation rental leaves nothing to be desired, the location is really close to the water, shopping opportunities nearby, the caretaker available for questions on-site at all times. Our daughter was thrilled with the cat.. :-)
There is a large garden with a grill, and we were not bothered by the train tracks behind it. We would come back anytime.

Great holiday home in a superb location.

In June 2019, we stayed for 1 week as a family with a toddler (1 ½ years old) in the holiday home. The location is very good, as you can reach the water in 5-10 minutes and the first shops (bakery, post office, etc.) in 10-15 minutes. The passing trains were a highlight for our son, and we got used to them very well after 1-2 days. The garden is equipped with a cozy seating area, swing, and barbecue grill. The house is very modernly furnished and offers everything you need for a self-catering vacation. We didn't miss anything, as even coffee for the coffee machine was already prepared for us. We liked that there were both exterior blinds and insect screens. The caretaker is friendly and could always assist us if we had any questions.

We can recommend the accommodation at any time, and we ourselves will come back next year.

Beautiful holiday

The house is modern and very well furnished by Hungarian standards. We personally lacked nothing (except for a barbecue tong ;-) ). The outdoor area is well maintained and very cosy. We really enjoyed using the seating area. The railway station directly behind was not disturbing for us. Lake Balaton is only a few minutes' walk away
The landlord took the time to show us typical local specialities.
The restaurant Vitorlas is highly recommended. It is located in the centre of Balatonlelle, 2 km away, and can be reached on foot in about 25 minutes.

beautiful holiday home with ideal beach location

Very nice semi-detached house with small garden and sitting area. The Hollywood swing invites you to relax and there are two swings for children. There is also a barbecue area in the garden. The railway line runs directly behind the garden and was not disturbing for us. The beach is less than 5 minutes away. The furniture is as good as new and everything is clean and well maintained. Toaster, oven and Senseo coffee maker (we didn't use it because we had our own coffee maker with us) available. TV in the second bedroom with German channels (RTL, VOX, Super RTL, ARD, MDR and many more). A child-friendly restaurant is three houses away. The centre of Lelle is a pleasant half-hour walk away. For us, it was a nice and relaxing stay and we would like to come back :-)

Beach vacation

Were very positively surprised by the house! The facilities are very good and in almost-new condition!!! There is a beautiful seating area in the garden where you can enjoy meals, a grill, a Hollywood swing, and 2 swings for children as well. It takes less than 5 minutes to walk to the beach. A recommended restaurant is located three houses away.
We can recommend the house with a clear conscience and would gladly vacation here again!
