Welcome to "Dahoam" in a quiet, sunny location amidst the idyllic Allgäu foothills of the Alps
Our holiday home Dahoam has been lovingly furnished. It has approx. 170 m² of living space for sole use with an enclosed, private garden.
On the ground floor there is a hallway with staircase and cloakroom, guest toilet, living room with fireplace and relaxing couch and comfortable leather suite as well as access to the covered terrace with seating area in south-west orientation.
The kitchen is tastefully and generously equipped, it is openly connected with the dining room and also has direct access to the terrace with table and chairs.
In the utility room you will find a washing machine, dryer, steam iron and cleaning utensils.
On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed (200x200), a bedroom with two single beds (100x200) and stairs to the playroom with toys, as well as another bedroom with a single bed (90x200).
For a good night's sleep, high quality H4 mattresses, each bed has been equipped with 3 pillows in different sizes and a four-season duvet for every sleeping need.
The large daylight bathroom has a corner bath, large rain shower, WC with intimate shower, urinal and vanity with illuminated vanity mirror and underfloor heating.
The basement has been converted into a sauna with relaxation room and a further shower room with WC.
Furthermore, there is a ski cellar with ski boot warmer in the basement.
Sledges and snowshoes are available to our guests free of charge.
A garage with an electric gate, two parking spaces and an electric charging station are available for your vehicle.
The holiday home awaits you with a warm and inviting atmosphere. Make yourself comfortable in front of the fireplace or relax in the in-house sauna. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, kettle and coffee maker leaves nothing to be desired.
For your comfort, bed linen, TV, washing machine, tumble dryer, baby cot, high chair, Wi-Fi, iron and hairdryer are also available.

Ebratshofen lies approx. 750 m above sea level, belongs to the municipality of Grünenbach and is situated between Oberstaufen and Isny.
It belongs to Upper Swabia, is part of Western Allgäu and borders directly on Upper Allgäu.
Enjoy the Allgäu with magnificent mountain meadows, in the Dreiländer Eck with panoramic views of the Allgäu, Austrian and Swiss Alps.
Via the A7 towards Kempten
Take the exit and follow the signs for Füssen/Kempten/Memmingen-Süd
Exit in the direction of the A 980
Keep left and continue on B12 17.3 km
Turn left onto Heinrich-Nicolaus-Straße (signs for Seltmans) 350 m
Turn right onto Alpgaustraße 1.2 km (direction Oberstaufen)
Continue on main road 4.7 km
At the entrance to Ebratshofen turn left onto Im Brühl

Desweiten gelten folgende Fristen: Bei Absagen vom 120 Tag bis zum 61Tag vor Mietbeginn, ist die Höhe der Anzahlung zu leisten, vom 60.Tag bis zum 15. Tag vor Mietbeginn 50 % des Gesamtpreises und vom 14. Tag bis zum 8. Tag vor Mietbeginn 80 % des Gesamtpreises. Bei einem Rücktritt weniger als acht Tage vor Mietbeginn, ist der volle Reisepreis zu zahlen.
