Description
The 80 m² house, suitable for 4 people, offers an open living-dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large and partially covered terrace. The balcony on the first floor invites you to sunbathe undisturbed and even allows a view of the Mediterranean Sea in a small section. If the nearest waves are too far away for you, you can cool off in the

The holiday home is equipped with everything you need to feel at home:
Air conditioning, heating, TV in the living room, free Wi-Fi, washing machine, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster, sandwich toaster, microwave, iron, ironing board.
For children there is a high chair and beach toys available.
For all board game lovers, a small selection of popular games is available.
Bed linen and towels are of course included in the price.
There is ample free parking directly in front of the house, so that you don't have to carry your shopping and suitcases far when arriving and departing.
All common consumables are available in the accommodation (soap, washing-up liquid, toilet paper, etc.).
The principle applies: If something is emptied, please fill it up again :)
Smoking is prohibited in the accommodation and animals are also not allowed.

! IMPORTANT INFORMATION !
Perhaps you have noticed certain discrepancies between the pictures and the descriptions? These are due to the fact that the house is currently still being renovated. The description as well as the equipment refer to the condition after the renovation.
For example, from February 2024, a uniformly tiled terrace will beautify the outdoor area and the hedge will be replaced by a surrounding wall for more privacy.
A new couch will move into the living room and new chairs and a new table into the dining room.
In addition, the bedrooms will be fitted with new comfortable beds and there will be a fresh coat of interior paint.
To keep the temperatures inside the house bearable/comfortable at all times, the house will be equipped with air conditioning on each floor.
On our next visit in January we will take new photos and replace the existing ones. We will also go to the local shops to decorate the house in order to live up to our promise of a "cosy holiday home" :)
The existing built-in wardrobes in both bedrooms have already been upgraded with new shelves for maximum storage space.

Casa Toni is located between Mil Palmeras and Torre de la Horadada, about 50 minutes by car from Alicante airport. The accessibility is excellent, as the N-332 main road is only a stone's throw away and the nearest AP-7 motorway is also only about 1 kilometre away.
The beautiful sandy beach of Mil Palmeras is only 1.3 kilometres away. From there you can reach various restaurants and bars.
Shopping facilities (Lidl, Carrefour, La Zenia Boulevard ...) can be reached in 10 minutes by car.
Alternatively, the village offers a small local supermarket, which can be reached in only 5 minutes by car.

Family vacation
A beautiful, well-maintained, and comfortably furnished house with lovely landlords. The location to the beach, shopping opportunities, and restaurants, as well as beach bars, is excellent. We enjoyed the vacation with our little daughter and would love to come back. A car can be easily rented from the airport, and in under 1 hour you can reach the vacation home. A very nice vacation where nothing was missing. Simply great!!!

Casa Toni, absolutely recommended ??
We had a wonderful stay at Casa Toni in Mil Palmeras. The holiday home is beautiful, very clean, and truly leaves nothing to be desired – everything you need is available. The landlords are exceptionally nice and warm-hearted. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely come back!

We had a wonderful time at Casa Toni.
Your house offered everything to experience a relaxed and beautiful vacation.
The neighborhood was great and it's a short walk to a beautiful beach.
Only the flies in the pool area were a bit annoying.
If the circuit breakers for the electrical appliances could get an update, that would be great.
But that's complaining at a high level.
Because for the price on the Costa Blanca, it was worth every cent.
Always happy to come back. Pilar de la Horadada is great.

Beautiful beach vacation
