The flat is located on the mezzanine floor of a townhouse that has been refurbished in line with conservation regulations and is surrounded by beautiful Art Nouveau architecture. The front garden effectively separates the building from the pavement. There is very little traffic on the narrow residential street.
The flat has a bedroom with 2 single beds 0.90 x 2.00 metres.
In the living room there is a sofa bed 1.40 x 2.00 m, a wardrobe, a dining table and a TV.
The kitchen has a fridge, cooking facilities, mini grill, microwave and coffee machine.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a washing machine.

Beautiful apartment in a good location
The apartment is small but totally sufficient for 2 people. We really liked the location. The Kaßberg is a really impressive neighborhood. Everything was clean and the equipment functional. There is a microwave and a small oven, but a proper oven was missing. A bathtub would have been nice too. One point deducted for that.
Communication and key handover were great. We would love to come back.
