Ist die Vermietung der Ferienwohnung auf Grundlage behördlicher Anordnungen verboten, wird der Beherbergungsvertrag kostenfrei storniert; eventuell geleistete Anzahlungen werden zurückerstattet. Darüber hinausgehende Forderungen des Mieters gegen den Vermieter werden nicht anerkannt. Eine Reiserücktrittskostenversicherung wird empfohlen.
