The quiet yet fairly central location is a real plus for this accommodation. Additionally, the truly barrier-free access to the apartment is also a strong point. We didn't rely on it, but this aspect of easy access was quite convenient. Parking directly at the house - also very good. The only downside for somewhat larger cars is a really minor issue! The only drawback was the strong smell of cleaning agents upon first entering the apartment after it was cleaned. But after airing out the apartment, this "deficiency" disappeared immediately. Unfortunately, the building is very soundproof, so you do hear quite a bit (hallway arrivals and departures, nighttime (2:00 AM) "returns" of other vacationers). The promenade, dike, and shopping street were really reachable on foot in no time. The entire time, a car was not needed. Our thanks also go to the responsible staff member for the uncomplicated booking, as we have had very bad experiences elsewhere. She immediately responded to our needs. In summary, we were very satisfied with the accommodation.
