On a total of 40 sqm garden area you can let your children and your dog run around outside, while you can enjoy the sun and watch your offspring on the 12 sqm terrace. You can park your car directly at the house. You can store your bicycles at the house and a charging facility (230V external socket) for e-bikes is available free of charge.
