CURRENT NOTICE:
Our house was ecologically renovated in 2023 and completely NEW furnished.
The spacious living/dining area is comfortably furnished, a pellet stove ensures cosiness even on colder days. Flat screen TV, radio/CD and internet available. The two bedrooms are equipped with a double bed (1,40m x 2,oom) and one with two single beds (0,90 x 2,00m).
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, 4-burner gas cooker, electric oven, coffee maker, toaster and kettle, so you can easily prepare your favourite dishes.
The spacious covered terrace with garden and barbecue invites you to linger and offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains and the lake. Relax on the sun loungers in the garden or make yourself comfortable on the garden furniture. Thanks to the free Wi-Fi, you can always stay up to date even on holiday. The patio furniture invites you to enjoy a cosy get-together in the sun or shade.
In the direct vicinity of the bungalow, you will find the reception and the laundry room with washing machine and dryer for a fee (24h). Fresh bread rolls are available daily for breakfast at the reception upon advance order. The tourist tax is included! The Tignale card is available at the reception. This includes free use of the shuttle bus to the Tignale harbour on the lake, free admission to the Pra dela Fam lemon greenhouse and free admission to the outdoor swimming pool in Prabione. There are also numerous discounts on e.g. guided hikes, canyoning tours, SUP and kayaking, for the bouncy castles in Gardola and much more. Bed linen and towels can be purchased for an extra charge. Sufficient parking spaces in the immediate vicinity of the bungalow.

The holiday bungalow "Casa Sogno" is in a wonderful location on the western shore of Lake Garda in the picturesque village of Tignale in the middle of the nature reserve "Alto Garda Bresciano" approx. 700 m above Lake Garda with a fantastic view over the Monte Baldo massif and a phenomenal panoramic view of Lake Garda.
The park is a holiday paradise for the whole family with a heated swimming pool.
The pool with children's pool and slide, a playground, foosball table and table tennis tables is only accessible to Sunclass guests and is supervised by a lifeguard.
The village of Tignale has numerous restaurants, shopping facilities, bank, pharmacy and petrol station. Many excursion destinations around Lake Garda, such as the waterfalls, Gardaland, Limone, or the pilgrimage church of Montecastello make your holiday an unforgettable experience.

Our time in Tignale
It was a beautiful time in the holiday home. The kitchen is well and practically equipped. Breakfast with the spectacular view was a highlight of the beginning day. After the day trips to the lake, we were glad to be able to enjoy the peace in the mountain world.

The vacation in your house was very nice.
The view of the lake, both during the day and at night, is simply incredibly beautiful.

Dreamlike view
Modernized bungalow in the mountains of Tignale with a breathtaking view of Monte Baldo and Lake Garda.
The holiday accommodation is only accessible via a steep staircase and is therefore only conditionally recommended for persons with limited mobility.
The house is equipped with everything you need.
The beds are comfortable and there is ample storage space in the bedrooms.
The bungalow is heated with a pellet stove that provides pleasant warmth in no time. Pellets can be purchased cheaply at the supermarket.
The contact with the landlord is very friendly and open-minded.
We felt very comfortable and would vacation with the B. family again at any time.
