The cosy 4-person bungalow (max 2 adults and 2 children or max 4 adults) is equipped with conveniences such as its own Wifi, fridge/freezer combination, TV with chromecast, 4-burner gas stove, coffee maker, kettle, microwave and oven, pallet stove, iron and ironing board, juicer, electric shutters for all windows.
A living room with 2 sofas, cupboards with ample storage space, a dining table with chairs and a sliding door, 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with double bed (140x200), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 90x200), a bathroom with shower with glass screen, washbasin, overhead cupboard and toilet.
Outside on the terrace there is a dining table with 5 chairs, a lounge set, parasol and 2 lounge chairs.
The bungalow is not accessible by wheelchair or walker

Location and surroundings of object
The bungalow is located on a quiet and friendly holiday park on the western side of Lake Garda. The bungalows are terraced across the park, a former orchard. The park is near the village of Gardola, 5 minutes' drive from the park, and borders the Parco alto Garda nature reserve. Gardola has ATMs, shops, a medium-sized supermarket, a petrol station and restaurants. The park is 500 metres high in relation to Lake Garda and you can reach the lake within a 20-minute drive. near the lake are several rustic villages, markets and beaches. This side of Lake Garda is also great for hiking. Due to the stairs and the mountainous nature, the park is less suitable for people who are less mobile

| Security deposit is € 75 to be paid at the same time as the rent. The deposit will be refunded approx. 3 weeks after the end of the rental period if no special circumstances have occurred. Tourist tax is € 1,70 p.p.p.d. (from 14 years of age). Final cleaning costs € 65 per bungalow. Bed linen and/or towel sets can be rented via the landlord. Rent includes water, gas and electricity. |

- Free cancellation option until 31 days before the day of arrival.

In the centre of the park, about 400 metres from the bungalow, there is a heated swimming pool (10 x 20 metres) with children's pool and small slide, for the little ones there is a paddling pool. Along the swimming pool are sunbeds with parasols and there is a sunbathing lawn. There is also a kiosk (open from June from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.) by the pool where you can buy various drinks, ice cream and snacks.
In the centre of the park, near the swimming pool, is the reception. Here you will receive a friendly welcome and be addressed by the park's managers. They speak German, English and Italian. At reception, you can find information on the area and what to do. You can also book hiking tours.
Extra service:
- It is possible to book guided tours and rent bicycles at reception, depending on availability, of course.
- Washing machines and a dryer are.in a laundry room next to reception and can be used for a small fee. The laundry room is open 24 hours. Furthermore, there is a bread roll service, a shopping service and
free rental of high chairs and cots.

Als Italiaanse liefhebber vieren we onze vakantie aan het Gardameer in Tignale al jaren. De eerste jaren hebben we vaak samen met onze kinderen en ons gezin gehuurd in ons Villagio di Sunclass Park, maar nu zijn we ook voor een jaar zeer trotse eigenaren van onze bungalow. Vorig jaar hebben we de bungalow gerenoveerd volgens onze wensen en met alle comfort We willen er zo vaak en zo lang mogelijk van genieten. En in de tijd dat we er niet zijn, staan we het toe aan anderen. Vrienden, familie, maar ook mensen die ons leuk vinden, genieten van deze prachtige omgeving met zeer aardige mensen. In deze omgeving voelen we ons altijd welkom. Ondanks het feit dat we er al zo lang zijn, blijven de diversiteit van de natuur, de prachtige authentieke dorpen, het water en het klimaat ons binden aan deze omgeving.
