Description

Welcome to the Donau-City, probably the most modern residential area in Vienna. In a pedestrian zone, without traffic, the flat is located between the Danube, the DC Tower and the UNO City.

It is only 3 minutes to the underground and 10 minutes to the centre (Stephansplatz).

The lift takes you almost all the way up, to where a dreamlike view with sunsets and a view towards the Danube Park invites you to linger on the loggia.
This is not just any holiday flat, but OUR flat. A very special flat, which is temporarily available to special guests (due to a stay abroad).
The flat is equipped with a queen-size bed with topper and mite protection cover, blackout curtains, a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine incl. dryer, separate WC, W-LAN, iron and ironing board, lift, parking garage in the house (for a fee)

Occupancy:
max. 4 persons (bedroom with double bed and living room with pull-out sofa).
Baby cot available.

Smoking is NOT allowed in the flat. Pets are also not allowed.

In the DC Tower (the highest building in Austria) there is a restaurant + bar on the 57th floor with a fantastic view of Vienna!

Super Apartment, everything perfect

My girlfriend and I immediately felt very comfortable in this beautiful apartment. The apartment is very clean, so cozy, and everything is so lovingly and completely furnished with all things. The bed is a dream? Nothing is missing; every detail has been thought of. The view from the 15th floor is really impressive; the view of the towers, the Danube, and the sunset can really be enjoyed and wound down after a nice day on the balcony. The subway is about a 5-minute walk. Within walking distance, shops and bakeries nearby, you can quickly reach the Danube.
We arrived by train and were even picked up by Mr. and Mrs. Korntheil, super nice landlords!
Even though the big towers are all around, it is still totally quiet here.

If we vacation in Vienna again, it will only be in this dreamy apartment!
You don't need a car; you can get to all the sights by subway. Once again, thank you so much for everything dear Mr. Korntheil and dear Mrs. Korntheil! We couldn't have wished for a better vacation.

We had a great stay

We had a great stay at Anna Maria's place. The location is very well situated in Viena and the apartments view is just amazing!
Everything was as described, no bad surprises and very friendly communication. It was totally worth it. I recomend it to 100%

The best Airbnb apartment that I have ever lived

To be honest, it is the best Airbnb apartment that I have ever lived. Perfect view; super convenient location (3 minutes to U1-VIC station) and 2 walking 2 minutes supermarkets. The apartment facilities and equipment is very comprehensive. Overall, it is so nice to stay few days or even long time like one month. Moreover, Anna is very helpful host and she is always patient to answer your questions. Great experience to stay this amazing place.

Just beautiful

Staying at Anna Maria and Günter's place is simply wonderful. They truly take care of all the needs a guest might have. The apartment is very clean, well located, and equipped with everything you need and more. The connection to the subway and airport bus is perfect. We felt very well taken care of and comfortable. Anna Maria’s apartment is the best

We have stayed in a few nice Airbnbs, but by far Anna Maria’s apartment is the best. Everything was perfect, and we had good sleeps at her apartment. It was also easy to get to the main city center using the U1 line that is just 5 minutes away . We enjoyed the bakery that was right there too. All praise and no regrets staying here!

An amazing place

An amazing place to stay for anyone not wanting to stay in the centre but still have easy direct and quick access to the city and other places of interest via public transport - the underground tube, buses and taxis are within 4 mins walk.. The apartment is amazing with everything you could possible want and more! the apartment is spotlessly clean, fresh and modern. The view is wonderful particularly at night when you can see the lights if the city and beyond. Anna Maria is the perfect host who helped make our stay in Vienna one to remember. We would give the apartment a 100% recommendation.

a great holiday apartment

We really liked our stay. The apartment is spotlessly clean and the location is perfect. With the nearby subway, you can quickly reach the city center and everything you need for daily necessities is within a 3-minute walk.
The apartment is cozy and the view is simply fantastic. We felt like at home. Unfortunately, we had to leave earlier than planned, but we will gladly come back in spring (we have already booked :))
The landlords are very helpful and always available.
We can highly recommend the apartment to anyone.

Hello dear ones. Thank you very much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful apartment in Vienna over the weekend. We felt very comfortable. The fact that you were so easily accessible and available late at night shows how important it is to you that the guests are doing well. The only difficulty we had was finding the right places during check-in. I think it is more difficult for pedestrians coming by subway than for those coming by car. For example, we couldn't find the elevator that should be located next to the next door after passing through the gate, no matter how hard we tried. Maybe you could add a photo or give a more precise direction there? On our next visit to Vienna, we will be able to find the places more quickly! ;) Many thanks.

This apartment is faultless

Always a joy to have wonderful hosts like Gunter and Anna Maria Apartment is faultless. Almost as if my wife had decorated it herself with pod coffee and muesli available Location is just a couple of 100 metres to CopaBeach and across the bridge from Donauinsel. Billa and Hofer also close proximity. On the U1 line, public transport is an easy 15 mins ride to Stephansplatz via the well developed and efficient “Metro” train Highly recommend for a couple wanting to spend time in beautiful Vienna without the expensive price
