Calpe: Spanish coastal town with fantastic beaches and impressive cliffs.
The house is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. The urbanisation Lilia Rosa is secured with an electric gate. A spacious green zone adjoins the urbanisation. Jogging, walking, hiking, everything is on the doorstep. The many nearby mountains are just as inviting for excursions and hikes.
The large pool has a separate area for the little ones.
Calpe with its many restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets and boutiques certainly covers all wishes.
Benidorm with a large theme park, water paradise and zoo are only 20 minutes away by car.
Terra Mitica with Terra Natura are among the largest amusement parks in Europe,

Water sports enthusiasts will also find a diving and sailing school nearby.

We, my husband and I, are now pensioners. We have known the Costa Blanca since 1999. We lived there permanently for 10 years. After we sold a large house for reasons of age, we found this small charming house in a closed so-called Residencia, consisting of 30 houses. Our children are grown up now, so this house is ideal for us because it is easy to maintain. We always live in the house ourselves in winter for 1/2 year, so it has more comfort than the usual holiday houses. That's why we leave the usual food in the kitchen, such as salt, spices, sugar, flour, etc., as well as the cleaning products. Of course, we also leave the cleaning products, as these and the aforementioned things make a big hole in the holiday budget when renting a house. We have a German woman who looks after our house. We have not advertised for the last few years because we had guests who came to stay with us for many years. Unfortunately, age has brought a reduction, so we would be happy to welcome them as our guests. You are welcome to call me if you would like me to give you more information.
