Available for rent all year round, also in the early or late season, in the autumn holidays and the Christmas holidays. Suitable for singles as well as couples or families with children.
The holiday home Azalla, is in the
Ground floor: with a kitchen, with 2 bedrooms, one of which has a direct connection to the bathroom (shower and bathtub), a large living room with fireplace, a total of 140 m². The ground floor also has a terrace with a view of the water.

First floor: equipped with 3 bedrooms. All rooms have a shower and WC, as well as radio and TV with German channels.
- One bedroom with a double bed, a sofa bed and the shower room.

Also: A kitchen-living room with a gas cooker as well as a refrigerator and a dining table.
Each room is furnished differently and has its own character. But you should convince yourself of this.
We provide bicycles for your trips into the countryside. There is also a pedal boat and a paddle boat available free of charge.
There is a playground with a swing, a sandpit, a ping-pong table and a small pool (pool from June)
All at no extra cost.
A visit (for a fee) to our SAUNA provides a soothing treat for body and soul.

Location and surroundings of object
The small village Polchowo is located near the cities of Wolin and Kamien Pomorski (German Cammin in Pomerania called) on the Dziwna (Dievenow).
Through the Dziwna, the village has a good water connection to the city of Kamien Pomorski and to the Baltic Sea, in the south to Wolin and the Szczecin Lagoon. The city of Kamien Pomorski, which has a population of about 9,000, is a popular health resort due to its healing climate and the iodine, bromine and chlorine brine springs and moors. Wolin, on the other hand, became known through the annual event of the Viking Games.
To the small village Polchowo count 10 houses.
Polchowo is located directly on the Dziwna. Surrounded by water, fields, meadows and forest. On the other side of the bank is the island of Wolin, and nearby the so-called bird island, which was taken over by cormorants. You will be able to observe not only cormorants but also other water birds such as wild geese, ducks, cranes, gray herons and swans from close proximity. There are 48 species of birds in this nature reserve. And if you are lucky, you can see the whole moose family in the evening.

Absolutely beautiful!
We had a very nice and relaxing time in the spacious ground floor of the house of our very nice landlords in the cozy Polchowo. The proximity and direct access to the Dziwna, or the Zatoka Zicha Bay, offered a super relaxed bathing opportunity in a picturesque natural setting at any time, which could be enjoyed especially in the evening at sunset both from the pedal boat and from the extra observation balcony from the courtyard. The fenced garden area with pool and sauna hut is highly recommended for hanging out. There is a small piano in the house which was even tuned in advance on request. Thanks again for that!
The two unfortunately somewhat aging farm dogs Ronny and Morus (spelling correct?) have grown very dear to our hearts. Especially Morus was very affectionate and touching to deal with. We hope to see both of them again next time.

Fantastic
The owners with their two dogs immediately enriched our arrival. The beautifully equipped, comfortable and spacious apartment on the ground floor ensured an immediate feeling of well-being. The proximity to the Baltic Sea and the exploration of old castles and beautiful villages were our highlight... All in all, a big thank you!

Very relaxing holiday in the countryside
As city dwellers, it was the perfect holiday for us to switch off. We wanted accommodation with a pool and trampoline for the children. Both were available and in working order. The very large garden is lovingly furnished and cosy, there is even a barbecue facility and a sauna!
The flat (ground floor) is very spacious and offers many possibilities to make yourself comfortable even in bad weather. The kitchen and bathroom are huge, very comfortable and equipped with everything you need. It would have been nice to have something like a bathing jetty or free access to the lake, but instead we enjoyed great sunsets on the viewing balcony. The sea is not far away (approx. 30 min by car) with wonderful sandy beaches.

Wonderful vacation!
On the day of our arrival, we were warmly welcomed in Połchowo by the landlords Alicja and Zenon Patrzalek, the caretaker and good soul Mr. Wojtek, and the two crazy dogs Ronny and Morus. After being shown around the house and yard, we settled into our accommodation for the next two weeks. We had the truly spacious apartment on the lower floor and, apart from a few minor things, were consistently satisfied. The village of Połchowo itself is really quite small, but it is great for taking a walk and enjoying the peace. It takes about 10 minutes by car to reach Kamien Pomorski and 15-20 minutes to get to the beautiful Baltic Sea. Daily necessities can be easily obtained at the small store in the neighboring village or at Biedronka or Lidl in Kamien. Mr. Wojtek provided us excellently with fresh milk, eggs, and truly delicious cheese. Right across from the accommodation is a large lake that can be wonderfully explored with rowing or pedal boats. Our 7-year-old daughter even jumped into the water from the pedal boat. She loved it. The two dogs and the horses Azalla and Fanta (I hope I spelled the names correctly ;)) also provided entertainment. I can say that we were never bored on any single day or didn't know what to do. There were bicycles available, fishing could be done, you could jump into the pool or enjoy the sauna, have a barbecue, or simply relax in the garden. Almost every evening we could enjoy the wonderful sunset with a glass of wine on the beautiful rooftop terrace.
The apartment was equipped perfectly. The kitchen has everything you need. The only thing that could possibly be improved would be mosquito screens on all windows.
Otherwise, we were completely satisfied and would love to come back! Thank you for everything and see you soon.

We are mostly in Połchowo at the weekend. Our staff Mr. Wojtek can provide you fresh organic products, such as eggs, milk and a very good white cheese, directly from the farm. The bread and the rolls you get in a small shop in Dusin, about km away, 10 min. by bicycle. There are larger shops on the way to the Baltic Sea, in Kamień Pomorski. You will get fresh fish in a fishing port in Dziwnow We look forward to you Alicja and Zenon
