Ground floor: with a kitchen, with 2 bedrooms, one of which has a direct connection to the bathroom (shower and bathtub), a large living room with fireplace, a total of 140 m². The ground floor also has a terrace with a view of the water.

First floor: equipped with 3 bedrooms. All rooms have a shower and WC, as well as radio and TV with German channels.

Location and surroundings of object
The small village Polchowo is located near the cities of Wolin and Kamien Pomorski (German Cammin in Pomerania called) on the Dziwna (Dievenow).
Through the Dziwna, the village has a good water connection to the city of Kamien Pomorski and to the Baltic Sea, in the south to Wolin and the Szczecin Lagoon. The city of Kamien Pomorski, which has a population of about 9,000, is a popular health resort due to its healing climate and the iodine, bromine and chlorine brine springs and moors. Wolin, on the other hand, became known through the annual event of the Viking Games.

Polchowo is located directly on the Dziwna. Surrounded by water, fields, meadows and forest. On the other side of the bank is the island of Wolin, and nearby the so-called bird island, which was taken over by cormorants. You will be able to observe not only cormorants but also other water birds such as wild geese, ducks, cranes, gray herons and swans from close proximity. There are 48 species of birds in this nature reserve. And if you are lucky, you can see the whole moose family in the evening.

Beautiful holiday home in a quiet location
The accommodation is located in a small village in close proximity to the Baltic Sea tributary. The river is almost like a lagoon in this area. (One does not notice any river direction at all.) The holiday apartment is lovingly and cozily furnished. The property is shared with a maximum of one other travel group/family. It is very quiet (except for the occasional motorboat on the river). One can quickly reach the Baltic Sea (about 15-20 minutes by car). The location is also good for days with bad weather. From the holiday apartment, you can also easily reach other attractions. Swinoujście, more than 1 hour away, was our furthest excursion; there was plenty to see and do closer by. There are also plenty of shopping options nearby. However, for extensive shopping tours, you have to drive a bit further. Overall, it was a nice stay. The landlords are friendly, give good tips, and make many things possible when you ask for something.

Absolutely beautiful!
We had a very nice and relaxing time in the spacious ground floor of the house of our very nice landlords in the cozy Polchowo. The proximity and direct access to the Dziwna, or the Zatoka Zicha Bay, offered a super relaxed bathing opportunity in a picturesque natural setting at any time, which could be enjoyed especially in the evening at sunset both from the pedal boat and from the extra observation balcony from the courtyard. The fenced garden area with pool and sauna hut is highly recommended for hanging out. There is a small piano in the house which was even tuned in advance on request. Thanks again for that!
The two unfortunately somewhat aging farm dogs Ronny and Morus (spelling correct?) have grown very dear to our hearts. Especially Morus was very affectionate and touching to deal with. We hope to see both of them again next time.

Fantastic
The owners with their two dogs immediately enriched our arrival. The beautifully equipped, comfortable and spacious apartment on the ground floor ensured an immediate feeling of well-being. The proximity to the Baltic Sea and the exploration of old castles and beautiful villages were our highlight... All in all, a big thank you!

Very relaxing holiday in the countryside
As city dwellers, it was the perfect holiday for us to switch off. We wanted accommodation with a pool and trampoline for the children. Both were available and in working order. The very large garden is lovingly furnished and cosy, there is even a barbecue facility and a sauna!
The flat (ground floor) is very spacious and offers many possibilities to make yourself comfortable even in bad weather. The kitchen and bathroom are huge, very comfortable and equipped with everything you need. It would have been nice to have something like a bathing jetty or free access to the lake, but instead we enjoyed great sunsets on the viewing balcony. The sea is not far away (approx. 30 min by car) with wonderful sandy beaches.

We are mostly in Połchowo at the weekend. Our staff Mr. Wojtek can provide you fresh organic products, such as eggs, milk and a very good white cheese, directly from the farm. The bread and the rolls you get in a small shop in Dusin, about km away, 10 min. by bicycle. There are larger shops on the way to the Baltic Sea, in Kamień Pomorski. Die Ferienwohnung ist liebevoll und gemütlich ausgestattet. Das Objekt teilt man sich mit maximal einer weiteren Reisegruppe/Familie. Es ist sehr ruhig (bis auf das ein oder andere Motorboot auf dem Fluss). Man kommt zügig an die Ostsee (ca. 15-20 Minuten mit dem Auto). Die Lage ist aber auch für Tage mit schlechtem Wetter gut. Von der Ferienwohnung kommt man auch gut zu anderen Attraktionen. Swinemünde mit >1h Entfernung war unser weitester Ausflug, in geringerer Nähe gab es also ausreichend zu sehen und zu unternehmen.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auch ausreichend in der Nähe. Für ausufernde Shopping-Touren muss man aber etwas weiter fahren.
Insgesamt war es ein schöner Aufenthalt. Die Vermieter sind freundlich, gebenb gute Tipps und machen vieles möglich, wenn man nach etwas fragt.
Die beiden leider etwas in die Jahre gekommenen Hofhunde Ronny und Morus (Schreibweise richtig?) sind uns sehr ans Herz gewachsen. Vor allem Morus war sehr anhänglich und rührend im Umgang. Wir hoffen, beim nächsten Mal beide wiederzusehen.
Die Wohnung (EG) ist sehr geräumig und bietet auch bei schlechtem Wetter viele Möglichkeiten, es sich gemütlich zu machen. Die Küche und das Bad sind riesig, sehr komfortabel und mit allem ausgestattet, das man benötigt. Schön wäre so etwas wie ein Badesteg bzw. ein freier Zugang zum See gewesen, aber dafür haben wir tolle Sonnenuntergänge auf dem Aussichtsbalkon genossen. Ebenso ist das Meer nicht weit (ca. 30 min mit Auto) mit wunderbaren Sandstränden.

Nachdem uns Haus und Hof gezeigt wurde, haben wir unsere Unterkunft für die beiden nächsten Wochen bezogen. Wir hatten die wirklich große Wohnung in der unteren Etage und waren, bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten, durchweg zufrieden. Der Ort Połchowo als solches ist wirklich recht klein, man kann aber gut spazieren gehen und die Ruhe genießen.Nach Kamien Pomorski braucht man mit dem Auto etwa 10 Minuten und bis zur schönen Ostsee sind es 15 - 20 Minuten. Die Waren des täglichen Bedarfs bekommt man ganz bequem im kleinen Laden im Nachbarort oder aber im Biedronka oder Lidl in Kamien. Herr Wojtek hat uns excellent mit frischer Milch, frischen Eiern und wirklich sehr leckerem Käse versorgt.
Gleich gegenüber der Unterkunft befindet sich ein großer See, den man mit dem Ruder- oder Tretboot wunderbar erkunden kann. Unsere Tochter ist mit ihren 7 Jahren sogar vom Tretboot aus ins Wasser gesprungen. Sie fand es herrlich. Auch die beiden Hunde und die Pferde Azalla und Fanta (ich hoffe, ich habe die Namen richtig geschrieben ;)) haben für Kurzweil gesorgt. Ich kann sagen, dass uns an wirklich keinem einzigen Tag langweilig war oder wir nicht wussten, was wir machen sollen. Fahrräder gab es, Angeln konnte man, in den Pool springen oder die Sauna genießen, Grillen oder einfach im Garten relaxen. Beinahe jeden Abend konnten wir den wunderbaren Sonnenuntergang mit einem Glas Wein auf der schönen Dachterrasse genießen.
Die Wohnung war 1a ausgestattet. Die Küche verfügt über wirklich alles, was man benötigt. Das einzige, was man eventuell noch verbessern könnte, wären Fliegengitter an allen Fenstern.
Ansonsten waren wir rundum zufrieden und kommen sehr gern wieder!

Die zum Haus gehörenden Hunde adoptieren einen vom ersten Tag an :-) und der Hausmeister der täglich vorbeischaut kümmert sich rührend um alle Angelegenheiten.
Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub!
Ps .wir und unsere kinder lieben die hunde auf dem hof und fühlen uns mit den beiden super wohl.
Wir konnten nach längerer Zeit mal wieder so richtig abschalten und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dem liebevoll eingerichtetem Haus. Während der zwei Wochen haben wir jeden Tag etwas Schönes unternehmen können, sei es an den Strand zu fahren in Dziwnowek oder Miedzyzdroje oder mit dem Paddelboot rauszufahren. Es wurde nie langweilig und man konnte die Abende gemütlich auf der Terrasse oder in der Sauna ausklingen lassen.
Eine sehr schöne Gegend, sehr natürlich belassen, einfach perfekt für lange Spaziergänge und tolle Sonnenuntergänge. Die Hunde sind sehr menschenfreundlich und das Spielen mit ihnen hat uns viel Freude bereitet.
Vielen Dank auch an den hilfsbereiten Betreuer Herr Wojtek, der immer stets bemüht war uns zu helfen.
Die Gastgeber sind überaus zuvorkommen und sehr freundlich. Sie haben uns gute Tipps gegeben was verschiedene Ausflüge in die Umgebung betrifft und wir wollen uns ganz herzlich bei Ihnen für die schönen Tage bedanken. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Misdroy --> mit vielen Unternehmungsmöglichkeiten (Ozeanarium, Seebrücke...) und leckerem Riesensofteis
Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war tip top ausgestattet und es hat an nichts gefehlt.
Wir hatten 2 Wochen ein rundum-sorglos-Paket und wären am liebsten noch länger geblieben...
Die Gastgeber sind sehr,sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit,geben sehr hilfreiche Tipps und sprechen zudem noch perfekt Deutsch.
Das Haus ist bestens ausgerüstet,die Gegend ist für Leute,die wirklich Ruhe suchen genial und zum Ostseestrand braucht man mit dem Auto nur 15Minuten.Die beiden Hunde nehmen die Gäste sofort in ihr Rudel auf und wir vermissen sie jetzt regelrecht.Auch mit Kindern kommen sie sehr gut zurecht.
In unseren Augen ein echter Geheimtipp und nachdrücklich zu empfehlen!

Und das alles in einem wunderschön mit Geschmack eingerichtetem Haus.
Auf dem Hof gibt es auch zwei sehr friedliche Hunde, Katzen, Pferde...
