STONE VILLA WITH POOL FOR 6 PERSONS IN KRNICA (ISTRIA / CROATIA) NEAR THE SEA (2,5 KM)

Villa ORADA for 6 persons is located about 2,5 km from the sea and has sea view from the 2 bedrooms. The house also has a beautiful plot with a 24 sqm pool and a very spacious outdoor seating area including an outdoor kitchen with barbecue and its own ancient pizza oven. The rooms are tastefully furnished, the bathrooms newly and modernly renovated. The house has heating and air conditioning in summer. A covered outdoor seating area on the spacious property, which offers enough shade, ensures relaxed eating and lingering from morning to evening with a view of the pool and the beautifully landscaped grounds. There is room for children to play in the garden and in the nearby neighbourhood, as the house is situated in a traffic-calmed area. SAT TV and W-LAN network are of course available. Shopping can be done in the village. The supermarket is open all year round, the bakery in the summer season. There are also restaurants and bars in the village and in the surrounding area. The well-known beach Duga Uvala is easily reached in about 8 minutes by car.

Mega great, well-maintained, and clean accommodation

I would recommend it at any time. The accommodation is beautifully furnished and offers everything you need for a vacation. The location is a bit outside, so a car is necessary.

Dreamlike family vacation

The Villa Orada is an incredibly beautiful property! Dreamily beautiful in the quiet place of Krnica, which has everything you need. A small grocery store, a bakery, and especially good restaurants, particularly "Da Rocco," which is highly recommended. But "Kum" was also very good. The great pool and the well-maintained garden are perfect for relaxation, the house is tastefully furnished and offers everything you need, really everything! For those who prefer more action and shopping opportunities... Pula is only about a 20-minute drive away.
We (grandma, grandpa, mom, dad, two granddaughters, 5 and 2 years old) sincerely say "Thank you" for allowing us to be guests in the beautiful "Villa Orada." Anytime again, gladly. Absolutely recommended?

Dreamlike!

We had a wonderful vacation at Villa Orada :-)
The house and the property are very well maintained - the pool is very clean with weekly cleaning service. The palms, olives, and grapes create a great holiday atmosphere.
The house has everything one could desire. A large living room with TV, 3 bedrooms with TV, 2 newly renovated bathrooms with a shower, a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, toaster, coffee machine...
Everything is very lovingly and tastefully furnished. The covered terrace also invites you to linger with a grill and pizza oven, sink... a table tennis table is also available.
Here you can really enjoy yourself!

The cities of Pula, Medulin, etc. are also easily reachable and offer excursion options that we gladly took advantage of.
There is also an information folder plus a list of various beaches in the area and nearby restaurants where the food was always very delicious! All in all, a completely successful vacation :-)

Very clean villa with a dream garden and pool area. Genius covered grilling area. Villa ideally suited for 4 adults. Lovely village, with everything you need, reachable in three minutes on foot. The on-site support is very warm.

Pure relaxation!

Our stay in the Villa Orada near the small village of Krnica was simply wonderful! The location is perfect for anyone seeking peace and relaxation, away from mass tourism. The villa is surrounded by a garden with palm trees, where you can relax by the pool or unwind on a sun lounger. We especially enjoyed the beautiful garden gazebo with a pizza oven and open fireplace, which invites cozy evenings. The villa's amenities leave nothing to be desired. The fully equipped kitchen, modern bathrooms, and tastefully furnished rooms create a cozy atmosphere where one simply feels comfortable. The ambiance is truly beautiful.
The beaches are easily accessible by car, and a bike ride there is also an option.
In the village of Krnica itself, there is a small grocery store and a bakery. The restaurants are also recommended.
In case of any problems, the hosts were reachable by mobile phone and helpful. Overall, we can highly recommend Villa Orada and its idyllic, quiet surroundings.
We sincerely thank the host family.

Beautiful stone villa with a fantastic pool

Villa Orada is a very clean and lovingly furnished holiday home with a great pool. The pictures on the website correspond to reality, and it looks even more beautiful live. You will find everything you need, the outdoor kitchen was the highlight for the men. We grilled or made pizza in the stone oven every day. There is a high chair for babies and a table tennis table.

The holiday home is in a small village, with a Konzum supermarket. There are three restaurants. We can recommend "Kum", the pizza there is really very good.

The attractions or larger cities in the area can be reached with a drive of +30 minutes. So we were mostly out all day and looked forward to the pool afterwards. The area is not really suitable for a cycling holiday.

The Enghardt family was always available for questions. Great value for money. We had a nice holiday :)

Top

I was with my brother for 2 weeks in the house. In the area, there are several beautiful bays where you only meet a few locals. It is very nice for snorkeling. The house is very clean and well-equipped. There are three bedrooms, but the one in the lower level does not have air conditioning. We would come back anytime.

Villa Orada, dream villa in Croatia

We stayed at Villa Orada for the second time and we will definitely spend our vacation there again. The villa is stylish and modern furnished with everything you need. Very clean, each room has air conditioning. The pool is great with steps. The green garden and the palm trees are fantastic. The small village is very quiet, ideal for switching off. It has a bakery and a small supermarket that can be reached on foot in 3 minutes. The restaurants are also highly recommended. From Krinca you can reach everything you want in a short time. Small bays for quiet hours or beaches for children with water trampolines.
