It is located on the 1st floor of a well-kept multi-party house in Erkrath-Hochdahl and is 70m² in size. The flat convinces with three bright and open rooms. In each bedroom there is a smart TV set; furthermore, sufficient storage space is provided by a chest of drawers and a clothes rack per bed. The flat has a balcony, is suitable for up to 4 people, has a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower bath.
