Welcome to the holiday home "Paula" in Haren - Dankern!
Our holiday home is located in a cul-de-sac end location and offers with a living space of approx. 98 sqm a retreat with peace and comfort in the green and near the lake for up to 6 people.
The bright living/dining room, the separate kitchen, three bedrooms and a daylight bathroom in the attic contribute to this.
The outdoor area has a terrace facing south-west, a view of the forest, parking facilities, a shed for bicycles, etc. The house is fully furnished and has a large garden. The house is fully furnished and equipped, among other things with a fitted kitchen incl. electrical appliances, crockery, TV, Wi-Fi, bedroom furniture (4 single beds and 1 double bed), garden furniture and much more.

Cancellation terms:
- Rücktritt vom Vertag (1) Der Mieter kann jederzeit vor Mietbeginn vom Vertrag zurückzutreten. Die Kündigung hat schriftlich zu erfolgen. Maßgebliches Kündigungsdatum ist der Tag des Zugangs der Erklärung beim Vermieter. Im Falle des Rücktritts sind Sie lt. § 537 BGB zum Ersatz des uns entstandenen Schadens verpflichtet. Der Vermieter kann 80% der reinen Übernachtungskosten geltend machen. Bereits eingezahlte Beträge werden verrechnet. Eine Ersatzperson, die zu genannten Bedingungen in Ihren Vertrag eintritt, kann von Ihnen gestellt werden. Eine schriftliche Benachrichtigung genügt. (2) Zwischen den Parteien wird eine Pauschalierung dieses Entschädigungsanspruchs gem. Ziff.(1) wie folgt vereinbart:
- Bis 14 Tage vor Mietbeginn wird die Anzahlung einbehalten, sofern kein Ersatzmieter gefunden wird
- Bis 7 Tage vor Mietbeginn werden 50 Prozent der Mietkosten (ohne Nebenkosten) einbehalten
- Bis 3 Tage vor Mietbeginn werden 75 Prozent der Mietkosten (ohne Nebenkosten) einbehalten
- In den 3 Tagen vor Mietbeginn und bei nicht Erscheinen werden 100 Prozent der Mietkosten (ohne Nebenkosten) einbehalten Maßgeblich für die Berechnung der Fristen ist der Eingang der schriftlichen Stornierung z.B.per E-Mail beim Vermieter durch den Mieter. Bricht der Mieter den Aufenthalt vorzeitig ab, bleibt er zur Zahlung des vollen Mietpreises verpflichtet. (3) Der Vermieter rät dem Mieter, eine Reise-Rücktrittskosten-Versicherung über den Vertragswert abzuschließen.

Beautiful house in Haren
Dear Pham family,
Thank you for letting us use your house. We really enjoyed our stay at Ferienhaus Paula. We were there as a family with Grandma and two teenagers. The house is newly renovated, very spacious, and well laid out. The brand new furnishings were to our taste: clean lines, subtle decorations, and a wonderful dining room. Plus, lots of light and air thanks to the many windows. There are not only pleated blinds on the windows, but also external shutters and mosquito screens. The mattresses and bedding are brand new and comfortable. Outside there is a large seating area with a huge table and adjustable chairs, along with cushions, which can be shaded by an awning. The garden has also been newly landscaped. Additionally, there is a garden shed, a carport, and an additional parking space. So, there is plenty of space inside and outside. It is also practical to have a second toilet on the ground floor and a large bathroom upstairs with a shower and bathtub. The WiFi worked great, which is important for teenagers. The location is very quiet and at the end of a cul-de-sac, great for younger children as well. The first contact was very quick and friendly, despite all of our questions. The welcome and farewell were extremely friendly and warm. We would like to sincerely thank you for the wonderful vacation and would love to visit Ferienhaus Paula again.

We had super nice days!!
Very nice personal contact with the landlord, before, during and after the vacation.
The house is very spacious and offers plenty of space for the whole family. The furnishings are kept stylishly simple, the house is very clean.
The fenced garden also offers plenty of space to relax.
The Dankernsee is quickly reachable on foot. The house is very quiet.
We will definitely come back next year ??
