The house is quietly located in a side street. Here you can experience a relaxing holiday, a family holiday, a cultural and sightseeing holiday, a sports holiday or a hiking holiday. Dog lovers are also very welcome here! You will find numerous suggestions for things to do in the flat.

The Rhön, which was declared a biosphere reserve by UNESCO in 1991, is a low mountain range of volcanic origin in the heart of Germany and lies at the border triangle of Hesse - Bavaria - Thuringia. The Rhön is one of the most remarkable low mountain ranges in Germany, not only geologically, but also in terms of vegetation and zoology. The largely forest-free summits of the high altitudes have earned the Rhön the quality term "Land of Open Distances".

Marked hiking trails, approx. 1000 km of marked cycling trails, ski lifts, bird and leisure parks can be found as well as peace and quiet. A heated outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts, an adventure playground, the dragonfly pond as well as the cultural facilities of our community are about 5 minutes away on foot. Golf courses, adventure pools, museums and much more can be reached by car or train in a short time. On the meadows and mats you will find high moors, arnica, silver thistle, marsh orchid, Turk's cap and many other flowers; in the wet meadows troll flowers, marsh marigolds.
