This villa, with its fully fenced garden and a 40 m² private pool, is an oasis of relaxation. Make yourself comfortable under the shady pavilion "chillout area," grill on the charcoal barbecue, or simply enjoy the sun on a comfortable sun lounger with a view over a vineyard to the sea.
In the living room you can relax and enjoy a beautiful view of the cozy naya with modern garden furniture and the pool. The villa has three modern furnished bedrooms with very good mattresses, 1x upstairs (180 x 200 cm bed) and two bedrooms downstairs each with 2 single beds, which are placed together, each has a bathroom. All bedrooms with air conditioning. A fully equipped kitchenette with freezer, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave and coffee machine as well as bed linen, towels and TV with many channels. Also NL channels and WIFI. Also central heating for the winter months. If a baby is traveling with you, a crib and high chair are available.
The villa is equipped with free WiFi and a stylish modern open kitchen. As a two-story house, it is easily accessible. Only 3 steps to the entrance. The house, the garden, and the pool are exclusively for you, and there is secure parking, with electric entrance gate, for up to three vehicles. Only 3 minutes on foot to Cala Andrago for sunbathing, but also with stairs to the sea, and only 13 minutes to the next sandy beach “Plajetes” Playa de la Ampolla. We look forward to welcoming you!
