Welcome to Cascina Nomade, a beautiful country house located in Dogliani, perfect for a holiday dedicated to relaxation and discovering the beauty of the area. The house, with its 50 square metres of living space, can accommodate up to 4 people in 2 comfortable bedrooms, one of which has a double bed and the other either a double bed or two large singles. There is Wi-Fi throughout the house, a bathroom with shower, hairdryer and bidet, a fully equipped kitchen and a private terrace with garden table from which to enjoy breathtaking views of the hills and mountains.
Immersed in greenery and surrounded by a lovely garden, the house offers an ideal atmosphere for a holiday with family or friends, a cultural and sightseeing break, a sporting holiday by bicycle or e-bike, a hike in the mountains or a holiday in the countryside. In the shared garden you will find a barbecue for delicious outdoor grilling, a terrace with patio furniture and a relaxation area with comfortable loungers.
The house is equipped with a charging station for electric cars (wallbox) and a central heating system for your comfort in every season.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a romantic wood-burning stove, induction hob, refrigerator, microwave oven, pots, cutlery, knives, knife sharpener, kettle, nespresso machine, Italian coffee maker. Bed linen and towels are provided. For the little ones, a cot and high chair are available.
Inside the house in the communal area you will also find a washing machine, a freezer, garden furniture, free Wi-Fi and a cosy relaxation area with hammocks among the trees. The house is surrounded by a breathtaking landscape with spectacular views of the sky, plants, clouds and mountains, as shown in the pictures.
In the vicinity, you can visit numerous places of cultural and tourist interest, such as ancient villages and castles, and engage in sports activities such as cycling, hiking and cycling. Dogliani is a charming Piedmontese village famous for its wine and natural beauty, set in the famous wine and food context of the Langhe, a Unesco heritage site. Cascina Nomade is situated on a hill from which one can enjoy a splendid view of the surrounding hills and the entire Alpine chain, in particular the famous Monviso. The Cascina is set in a country setting within an entirely typical and restored hamlet, close to a late 19th-century church. From the Cascina it is possible to leave on foot or by bicycle to visit the surrounding hamlets, although for restaurants and supermarket it is better to take the car.

| Every season is ideal for visiting our Cascina, for this reason there will be no summer price hikes and we will maintain the year-round price of 150€ per night, 800€ per week with 50€ cleaning fee on the booking price. The rate includes the tourist tax of 1,50€ per person per night, which we will pay to the municipality of Dogliani. |
Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 4 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 4 days before check-in, you will be refunded 50% of the booking amount minus the price for the first night and the cancellation fee.

We are Maria and Gerri, two young people who, after a few years travelling around the world, decided to go back to our roots and live in the country, devoting ourselves to guests, slow life and traditions. Cascina Nomade is a beautiful country house located on the ridge of a hill 8 minutes' drive from Dogliani. There is a spectacular view, you can enjoy peace and tranquillity completely immersed in nature. We have excellent wi-fi for personal leisure and for possible remote work. We have a young vineyard that we take care of and we offer the possibility of helping out in the countryside for those who want it. We organise wine and local food tastings for our guests, we love company and sharing. There are large open and shared spaces: the hammock area, the barbeque area, the vegetable garden and the vineyard. We are very happy to give you advice on the main attractions that can be visited from the farmhouse: visits to the winery, trekking, walks in the area, trips to Barolo, La Morra, Monforte, Serralunga, Mondovì, Turin, Alba, but also Savona and Liguria in general.
