Description

Raoul Dufy flat, very quiet, 35m² south-west-facing terrace, lovely open views, 250m from beaches, shops with parking and very high-speed fibre-optic wifi.

**The flat is bright, air-conditioned and fully equipped** with household appliances. The living room opens out onto a large (36m2) south-west-facing terrace with plants and trees, which is not overlooked.

It is partly covered by a shade sail and is equipped with a large round table, chairs, sun loungers and a parasol. The panoramic view overlooks the hills and vineyards and the superb sunset.

The location is very quiet, although close to the beach and shops.
A parking space is reserved in front of the residence.

The flat is located in the Le Moulin residence (5 flats in total), close to the beach (250m). The residence is located on a road that is rarely used by cars, as it is dead-end. It leads through the vineyards, on one side to the footpaths overlooking the bay of Collioure (maps provided by the owner) and on the other side to the beaches (250m) and the village (centre 10 minutes' walk away). Shops are 200m away: bakery, grocery shop, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, anchovy shop, tobacconist and newsagent.... No need to use your car as all amenities are nearby.
Peaceful, bucolic setting with lots of greenery. Quiet, pleasant walk to the beach, port and village. Superb unobstructed views of Fort St Elme and the old windmill from the entrance.

Arrival and departure on Saturdays only. Contact the owner for other possibilities.
I will hand over the keys in person to the tenant and will give you the wifi code.
A deposit of 300€ is required on arrival and will be reimbursed on departure after an inspection of the property.

The surrounding area offers many outdoor activities, such as hiking, sailing or swimming in the crystal-clear waters of the Mediterranean. Enjoy the spectacular scenery, mountains, windmills and lush vegetation that surround this beautiful holiday home.

Alles prima!

Die Wohnung liegt in einer Sackgasse am Beginn eines Wanderweges.
Sehr ruhige Umgebung, am Morgen nur Vogelgezwitscher aus dem schönen Garten hinter dem Haus.
Von Terasse Blick in den Garten und die umliegenden Weinberge.
Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich..
